Large, well-appointed rooms and bathrooms. A nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

The hotel's truly great location smack in the nicest (and poshest) heart of the city comes at the price of relatively high parking fees for those visiting by car (Euro 39 a day including valet service).

One word of advice: the general WiFi connection in the rooms is well under par, to put it mildly. However, guests can connect to dedicated room or floor servers via the Samsung smart TVs - obviously also at no charge. Ask about this, as otherwise you might not get the info.

High room floors offer a nice view of the city.

Definitely recommended.

Really enjoyed this hotel on many levels. The room was clean with sufficient toiletries and a reliable wifi connection. Complimentary waters upon arrival were nice addition (in the fridge). The staff is extremely helpful in addressing a variety of questions, ranging from food/dessert/restaurant recommendations to optimized itineraries. The bottom floor (level -2) has a gym, sauna, and Turkish bath. The gym is small but clean and efficient…oddly, it’s rarely used, which is why we were able to enjoy it virtually on command. (Note: You need to make reservations in advance for all three of those amenities.) The breakfast was decent for a standard set of drinks/snacks/savory foods 15 euros. I would also mention that this hotel’s location makes it ideal for visiting many of Turin’s most popular destinations.

The hotel is located near the main shopping street. The room was big. There is a valet parking.
Due to COVID, the spa can be used only for one hour. The breakfast was good but many items are extra (8€ pancakes, omelette, etc.).

We stayed in Turin at this hotel for 2 nights in June and wished it could have been longer. The hotel is in a great position for exploring the city, the staff are extremely helpful, and the hotel spa facilities are wonderful. After a long couple of days walking it was great to relax in the spa - steam room, good size pool with water jets, sauna, showers, ice shower area. We had a suite - really good size, very comfortable bed, good lounge area and lovely bathroom. The bar area was perfect for a pre or post evening drink - always supplied with a small snack and excellent service. Our room was very quiet with lovely views of Turin and windows that could be opened.

I travel in Turin maybe 2 times a year and i always book the principe di Piemonte my best hotel in Turin for everything. The people at the desk is very polite and professional, the valet mr Lyan is more then you can expected, this year I’m just disappointed about the breakfast, the breakfast room is nearly empty because the COVID situation but I’m sure you have many solution to propose a good breakfast like before, the breakfast in bedroom is not the best like before scrambled eggs very dry bacon not creaspy, the mini bar just two bottle of water and when you ask water they arrive hot. !! No croissant cream or marmelade on the menu very basic and not acceptable for this hotel, I’m not sure to be back in this hotel if they continue like that

Dear " TheBakerSon", Thank you for sharing your experience of your recent stay at the Principi di Piemonte. Your comments, as well as those of other travelers, allow us to continually improve our service. It is a real pleasure for me to see that you have appreciated our service. I will not fail to pass your opinion on to our team, particularly Lyan, who will be delighted. We are sorry to learn that our breakfast did not meet your expectations. In order to be able to welcome our customers in the best conditions, we have implemented exceptional hygienic measures, but the breakfast offer is always composed of the same products, the only difference is that some of these, the single portions, are presented at the buffet and all others are served according to customer wishes. Furthermore on each table you will find a QR code with detailed breakfast offer. The health and safety of our customers is our priority here in Principi di Piemonte, so that, until the virus will circulate, we would not serve our normal breakfast buffet because is not permitted by Italian restrictions againt Covid-19. We nevertheless hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a greater experience, if we have the pleasure of welcoming you again. Best regards, Leonardo Serranti General manager

The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. I like particularly the intricate marble work in the bathroom. The service is very attentive (restaurant reservations etc). Funnily enough, I recommend particularly the restaurant even if there was almost nobody for lunch - perhaps bceause it is mid-August. I recommend the ravioli stuffed with slow cooked beef and the risotto with octopus. I forgot to metion that the location is perfect for tourists who want to visit the town.

I came to Turin for one evening to spend a day in the city, after living in a small Piemonte town for a few weeks. I booked the hotel with AmEx points. I called before arrival informing them I would be taking an early train into the city and arriving at 0830. Thankfully the hotel had my room ready so I was able to check in early AND they upgraded me to a junior suite. The room had a separate living room with a sofa and was very nice! The only complaint is that there were only paper cups instead of coffee cups to go with the amazing Lavazza machine in the room. The area is surrounded by fancy shops, cafes and restaurants. I felt safe walking around the area by myself and luckily in the evening I was walking home around 2300 and there were so many people walking around at that time on a Saturday night that I felt very safe. The hotel staff was polite and spoke English! I was able to use the fitness center and the pool/sauna. The fitness center is small but has a few cardio machines, a large set of dumbells, kettlebells and a versatile cable weight machine.

air conditioner in room did not get cold enough for my taste but I did not complain.

We arrived for a weeks stay just after midnight and we were greeted by a porter opening our taxi door and arranging for our luggage to be taken immediately up to our room. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, complimented by an immediate upgrade of room which was a lovely surprise.
Everything was perfect. Cleanliness of room and the caring nature of the hotel employees.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough and am already looking forward to another stay at sometime in the future.
