Only small problem was heating in the rooms which is centrally controlled rather than from the room itself.
Other than that excellent on all counts.
The location is also close to the main station and close to where airport bus drops you off.

The Concord Hotel is a perfect base for a few days in Turin. Check in and out was smooth and efficient, and the receptionists speak excellent English. The Wi-Fi is free and has a very good signal. The TV in the room had a wide variety of international and Italian channels. Our room contained a large desk, safe, a very comfortable large bed, sizeable wardrobe, and felt recently renovated and redecorated. There was a small balcony that you could sit on. The bathroom was large with a good shower, with bathrobes and slippers provided. The air conditioning was good and there were plentiful electrical sockets. The hotel provides a very good breakfast with cereal, yoghurt, cheeses, meat, cereal and pastries. Service is excellent. Dinner at the local Guarini Restaurant (advertised in Reception) is excellent. The lifts are quick and always available. Check out at noon is very convenient if you have late onward connections. The location of the Concord is superb, close to the Torino Porto Nuovo station, most of the main sights and shops and restaurants. I would be more than happy to stay at this hotel again.

First impressions matter and the desk staff at this hotel are so friendly, helpful and professional you get the 'wow!' factor as soon as you check in. Every interaction we had, even when the personnel changed, was the same, just excellent, congratulations.

The room was very comfortable and clean, our only issue was that the aircon was a little temperamental.

The cleaning staff we encountered were always friendly, however, the staff at the breakfast buffet could use a lesson in how to smile and how to be friendly and helpful; a huge contrast from the front desk. Also, we used the hotel bar one evening and, whilst the young lady serving was polite and helpful, she did not have a clue about the drinks amassed behind her and it seemed that the young man slouched at the bar was her boyfriend. Not a very professional image for the hotel.

Excellently positioned for the visitor. 2 minutes from the train station, positioned at the end of one of the main pedestrianized shopping streets and only 2 minutes from the bus stop to the airport.

I felt the price was very reasonable for the quality of room and service provided and so would use again. Whoever trains/manages the front desk staff needs to be used to improve the restaurant and bar staff because it will make a huge difference to the experience of the guests.

This has been our worst experience at a hotel, ever. When we checked in, we quickly went to the room to change and go to dinner with friends. The room was 28C (83) and stiflingly hot. We called the front desk to ask and they said they’d look into it while we were at dinner. We got back late at night and it was 28.5C. It was clear no one looked into anything. We called the front desk and they sent someone up but all he could do was turn the room fan on, which somehow made it hotter so he turned it back off. He apologized but said their AC is off for the season and they can’t do anything. He finally agreed to look for a floor fan and said his manager will fix the situation for us tomorrow by getting us in a different room. We told him we would be out all day but to please call us with an update. When we got back from wine tasting with local friends, the room had heated up to 28C again because they not only didn’t fix anything or change our room, but they sent housekeeping who CLOSED THE WINDOW and turned off the floor fan they brought us. They also rearranged our bathroom items and moved everything around.

I have no clue how this hotel has 4 stars. It specifically stated online that they have AC while they clearly do not and the staff fails to follow-through at every turn.

A few other details: we were on the 5th floor, there was mold growing on the wall right when you enter, the bath towels were frayed on the end, and the room smelled like smoke. The only positive was the breakfast in the morning.

Dear Guest we tried to contact you several times yesterday in your room without success. We wanted to talk about situation and prepare your room change. At the moment in Torino the maximum temperature is 25C during the day and 15°C during the night, so Air Conditioning is off. It's enough to open window a few minutes to have a better temperature. We check our system and we saw that you required to turn off also the automatic ventilation in room so you don't even have the recirculation that would allow to have fresh air in room. It's also unbelievable that during the stay, you don't ask to speak with a manager, preferring to write a review without having a meeting with Hotel Management. Regards Concord Hotel Manager

I’m staying at room 220. It’s next to an exit door and 2 doors away from the cleaning supplies room. The noise outside is non stop. The cleaning staff shout at each other outside your door all day, and the big exit door BANGS all day. It probably gets better at night but I’m afraid mornings are going to be terrible. The room itself is spacious, but it’s impossible to have a restful stay with all that continuous banging and screaming. Be careful.

We spent 2 nights here, and were delighted. The location can't be beat: right at the edge of the historic center, and only a few minutes walk to the Egyptian museum, the Mole, etc. We took 'superior' rooms, which seemed recently renovated and were large, very comfortable and quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This was a really good mid-range choice for hotel in Turin.

We love everything about this hotel. It’s location is great, close to bus stops and the local metro, even though if you’re happy to walk about 15 minutes you’ll find yourself easily accessing all the sites and cool bars and restaurants. There’s a local supermarket next door if you need anything and lots of little bars and pizzerie very close by. The staff are so helpful and courteous!! Breakfast is delicious, I’m a celiac and I was well catered for and the breakfast room staff are lovely! The room is air conditioned and so clean and comfortable! I would recommend this hotel 100%! Our picture was taken during our ten minute walk to Palazzo Reale at night!

The hotel is in a great location as well as in a quiet spot. Only minutes walk from the train station and in walking distance to everything. The hotel staff were very welcoming and Covid protocols were in place so we felt safe. The rooms very clean and comfortable with a large and comfy bed. The air conditioning worked well and was appreciated during the hot summer days in August.
The breakfast offered a good selection. Coffee was only ok but, overall, the breakfast was enjoyable.
Would definitely return and recommend the Concord Hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located for exploring Turin. Our room came with large fluffy robes and slippers. The décore is very stylish Italian modern, particularly in the bathroom. We had a king sized bed. Breakfast was included, offered in a large airy room, with attentive staff ensuring fresh ingredients on the buffets throughout the dining period. Breakfast choices would suit most nationalities: meats, cheeses, eggs, pancakes, pastries, sweet breads and cakes, cereals, yogourts, juices, coffee etc.
Front desk staff were very helpful with maps and directions.

There are no USB ports in the rooms at this hotel. When I asked about where i could charge my phone I was told to go and buy an adapter at the railway station. A more helpful response would have been to have loaned me an adapter. A bit more training for thé staff is needed, I suggest. This is a 4 star hotel after all.
