We stayed at this small hotel a few days ago and what was most impressive to me was how friendly, accommodating, and attentive the staff were. Rodolfo was the front desk staff who was there a lot and he is one of the nicest people I've met thus far.
The good: - The very nice, courteous and helpful staff - The spacious, comfortable and silent room - The perfectly functional and squeaky clean bathroom with powerful water pressure, easy to regulate temperature and fully closing shower box - The comfortable bedding and pillows - The nice decoration The so-so: - high-speed wifi but no individual password and hence no internet security - The cold eggs and completely outdated and almost impossible to use toaster at the breakfast, though the gluten free options are a plus and the espresso machine is very good The bad: - The lobby that is a dedicated playground for noisy restless kids and an even noisier and more restless leashless barking dog wihich is allowed by the owners to stand on the seats and jump on anyone who dare enter what it has clearly being trained to consider as its own private kingdom…
It's a very good hotel. Near the Center about 15 minutes by foot. Owners are really friendly and polite. Bed for 2 adults are good, room big and cozy. The only point is the the third bed for children he isn't really comfortable and too small for me (1m93). A good choice for the price!
We arrived at this hotel and immediately felt like home! the level of service, the perfect and personal welcome by Stefanno , his recommendations on local restaurants and sightseeing in Torino, the beautiful and super clean room for 4 of us (parents and 2 kids) , the great rich breakfast served every morning , the friendly cost of the room per night, the parking availability at the hotel - all these made our staying at Liberty hotel just perfect ! Paula who works at reception desk was so nice and welcoming as well. We will surely be back at this hotel and we highly reccomend it. it is a 3 stars hotel which for us was actually 5! the location is also great, walking distance to all city center. It is very center and not far from the train station , located in a quiet street and environment. You wont regret staying there!…
Me and husband were at Turin for 4 nights and we were spoiled by Rodolfo and the rest of the staff in this hotel. They suggested restaurants, places to go, gave instructions and helped us in every single thing they could. The room have a nice space for 2 and the bathroom was huge. The location was walk distance from the center and easy to find places to park (the hotel staff also helped us with that!). Don’t miss the chance to stay at Liberty Hotel if you need it.
It was my first visit to Turin and OMG!!it was an excellent time! The Hotel Liberty! Firstly you are greated by such warm and friendly hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. I was shown to my room which to be honest was a suite with luxury awaiting inside and i was truly amazed! This should be listed as at least 4 star accommodation as the building is beautiful. Breakfast was also very good and the selection outstanding in a lovely setting. It's a short walk to the centre and i really enjoyed navigating the beautiful streets to find hidden gems of many restaurants and cafés.The hotel is made by the people who run it and you feel the love and attention always. Thank you for making my first visit to Turin a wonderful time to remember.
As a frequent visitor to Turin, this was my first in Hotel Liberty, with a group I led in the city. Positively surprised, clean rooms, very good breakfast compared to other Italian hotels, extremely polite and professional staff and love seeing the workers' kids next to their parents learning the trade. Keep it up!
This place was wonderful! Rudolfo and Stephano, the owners, are new to the business, but totally experienced with making guests feel like friends. The location is quiet and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Would highly recommend while in Turin.
Excellent value for money. It is very well located, not in the middle of the noise however close to all the interesting places of Turin. The rooms are comfortable, clean, the service is friendly and helpful. They have internet by cable, however one thing we all missed is the Wi-Fi. Anyway, we had a very good stay at this hotel.
