Maybe not exactly a 4-star hotel, but a good 3 (which is fine, because the price is in 3-star range). Location is ok, a bit outside of city centre, but with a tram station in front of it. They have their own parking, which is a big plus (it's charged extra, but still cheaper than any public parking). Rooms are clean and comfortable, could maybe use a bit of maintenance (for example handles on doors and window blinds). Classic breakfast, tasty and with enough choice.

But my special praise goes to hotel staff, who were extremely kind and helpful. We had a few extra wishes considering check-in and room arrangements and they were very cooperating, patient and generally great.

All in all, a very nice hotel, well worth the price (especially when compared to prices in Torino in general), with superb staff.

I stayed here as part of a long weekend package to watch the Juventus vs Lazio football match. The trams outside the hotel are invaluable as they take you directly to the stadium and back (20 minute ride and 10 minute walk on tram 3) and also the tourist area of Plaza Castello in the opposite direction (tram 16 and a quick walk through the park).
The hotel looks a little dated for a four star hotel but the staff are friendly, informative and professional. I can not fault the reception staff at all.
Likewise, the breakfast carries everything you would expect from a continental breakfast and more! Such a huge choice you will not go hungry.. There is also a lovely little cafeteria on the corner outside to the left.
Not so good was the room. I was given a room on the 6th floor (top) possibly as an afterthought as I was a solo traveller. The bathroom in particular was small and crammed to the point that the toilet was unusable for a larger person to site on. The shower was tiny with a poor flow of water. Again, not good for the larger person.
Overall, good service but please inspect your room first.

Room Tip: Check the room first. The higher rooms can be crammed in the bathroom.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our roadtrip in the southern part of Europe, and we mostly booked 4 starred hotels in 4 different countries. This hotel was way below the others, and even the 3 star hotel in Austria was better. The only really positive thing was the staff, whom where very polite and helpful. Also the parking was good.

The bad things is an almost uneatable breakfast, old outdated small rooms (might have been nice when I was born in 1979), no coffee in the room although there was a kettle to boil water and tea, the neighborhood (boring and 25 minutes walk from the center, bad WiFi connection, A/C that didn't work properly and rather bad beds. All in all nothing more than an average 3 star hotel, and far from the 4th, which I would never recommend.

This is nice hotel not very far from old town, if you like to walk or use public transport.
Breakfasr was enough; lot of different sweets, some fruits, fruit salads.
It was a little noisy (street traffic, corrixor sounds). Staff was nice and helpful.

Pros: staff are friendly and helpful
Nice bed linens

Cons: I just can't agree the hotel meets the standard for 4 stars. The toiletries provided were poor and the lotion was clearly used and maybe 1/4 full. Breakfast was ok, but not notable.
Overall, I'd look for other options.

One of the perils of travelling in Europe is the wide variation in hotel standards. Four star means nothing, OK one city, pretty average the next. The same can be said of the Accor Group, their hotels vary from surprising to very average. Royal Mercure Turin is definitely very average. The decor is dated and tired and the lobby daunting at best. Stairs in front of the elevator means a short struggle with baggage and certainly no assistance from the front desk.

The rooms are well proportioned but the bathroom small. To use the loo you need to put your feet in the bide, which I guess means that you have clean feet as well as a clean posterior. Shower cubicile was antideluviam

Most rooms are on the road, so be prepared for traffic noises, overall room insultation is average and yes a SLAM hotel (Stop loud ambient motions ~ guest doors close very noisily)

In room safe box was excessively complicated to operate (yes I have stayed in thousands of hotes, so I do know what I am doing).

Free internet which worked well. Good coffee in the lobby.

Neighbourhood was suspect and the hotel is poorly located for the tourist area, albeit reached in 15 minutes by bus or tram.

This said the front desk was very helpful and even telephoned after our checkout to tell us that we had left an item behind which was appreciated.

Overall three stars would be a fairer description, but fair value for the price we paid Euro75

Even if the area, in the night, is not the best, this hotel is very quite and clean. Beautiful rooms, very professional service, with no problem with languages.

It can be very busy in some days due to the convenient location from the highway (5 minutes on a straight way).

It is just 15 minutes from the city centers, and its position covers in a good way the West-North part of Turin.

The only problem can be to park in front of the hotel to unload the bags during the day, even if there is a reserved area.

Anyway, a good location for businness man (probably not the best for turist).

We stayed here at the suggestion of friends who live nearby. For our purposes, the location was great -- the tram to the downtown area is readily accessible by the front door of the hotel.

The room was large and accommodating. The bathroom was good with a tub/shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. Water pressure was great. The A/C was weak -- we ended up opening the window to cool things off and then shutting it to sleep.

The breakfast which was included with our package was very good. Eggs, breads of all kind, yogurt, fruit, three kinds of juices, ham, cheese, salami.

The front desk staff were very helpful. In particular, Alice was super friendly and helpful, with good English skills.

Visited this hotel in July.

Inexpensive hotel close to the location I was working .. around 50€ per night.

for the money the hotel was very good for faciltied and room qulaity .... Except for one aspect ..

The airconditioning was almost non existent .. I had to be moved room to get anything that could exent qualify as a cooling effect form the aircon ..

was shown multiple rooms and onluy the third option on the 2nd floor could keep temp below ambient.

This would not be aproblem in winter .. but in the height of summer it ould put me off staing there in future.

I would not recommend this hotel. Not for business nor holiday travel. It is old and smelly. The rooms are small. The water is polluted with calcium. You even need to request to have them clean your room. And there more negative things I can say.
