I want to draw your attention to the filthy state of this hotel. I stayed there because there was a great bargain of -70% at my dates and it was near the station. Stayed 2 nights and realised the last day (I was already gone) that I have been bitten by BED BUGS. I had more than 50 bites on... More

I spent two nights in this hotel, chosen because of its position next to the train station and city center. The hotel seems to be quite old and not very taken care of. But the vintage style is very attractive I must say. My room and bed were comfortable. The bathroom wasn't, tough, especially for the very tiny shower. The... More

Everything is old! This hotel was renovated (probably) to Olympic game. Location is OK, but anything else... Breakfast included, but less then enough and not tasty. Staff is friendly. But facility itself required a major renovation!

Nicely situated hotel, that's basically where the plus points end!! Staff totally uninterested to a point of being rude, rooms antiquated and in need of at least a coat of paint, air conditioning not functioning (35'c at the moment in Turin). Our initial room was spacious but on entering the bathroom the smell of sewage was overwhelming,we were given another room but this... More

Booked a triple room and got a standard room with a fold out bed which wasn't even made up and no towels for our son. I complained and was told that the hotel has no family rooms and they would come and make the bed up. We were told that they would see what could be done to change the... More

The hotel was dirty. Dirty carpet, not vacuumed in weeks i think. The walls stained in the corridors and in the rooms. The stairwell really filthy. The pillows were smelly. Was pricked by a sharp nail in the floor boards. No room in the closet to hang clothes. No airconditioner even though they claimed it was just temporarily out of... More

Old fashioned building in a central position, with an excellent service. Very clean, comfortable room with a big bathroom with tab and large window. Great breakfast, with good choice of food like cereals, yogurt, fruit, ham, eggs, toast, croissant, jams and cafeteria, served with care and class. We recommend it. Emanuela & Godfery :-)

Good ensuite room..not large but fine for overnight base. Good quiet location, close to train station. Well soundproofed-did not hear football supporters returning at all hours! No view: we were at rear and overlooked apartments but this was not an issue for our overnight stay. Good self service continental breakfast. Take detailed map if arriving by public transport.
