The hotel is great! Spacious and clean with nice facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful. Connected to the Lingotto Mall with museum and shops. Local neighborhood has some places to eat and Eataly. For those concerned about location, the metro takes you to the city center and major tourist sites after a 5-10 minute walk and short 10 minute subway ride. Overall very nice stay and would visit again!

I absolutely loved what I found at this beautiful-designed hotel. The panoramic lobby elevator was the eye-catcher. Located at the heart of Lingotto in Turin. The hotel’s location is perfectly built to cater both business and leisure travelers looking to discover Torino’s historical architectures, business meeting points and the city’s real-urban lifestyle.

The breakfast was sufficient, It would be great to have more varieties of food selections such as fruits, fresh juices and breakfast hot dish. The speed of Wifi connection was good. The room amenities were good, it would have been better if there was enough number of personnel to assist the luggage upon check in, to serve the guests during breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I highly recommend this hotel for everyone. The location is an absolutely the best in Lingotto Turin. Easy access for self parking and it is connected to Lingotto shopping center, 5 minutes away from Turin Lingotto Train station by car, it is an undoubtedly perfect district to explore Italian cuisine and delicacies at the best value.

We spent 3 nights in this beautifully designed hotel, which is easy to reach by car (and free parking provided on site) and by public transport (metro station to center of Turin is about 5-10 minutes walking away). The hotel is connected to the old Fiat factories that have been beautifully renovated and filled with a shopping mall and offices, as well as a nice small art gallery of the Agnelli family (free visit included in hotel stay). Opposite the hotel are a large Eataly and a nice new sustainability-focused shopping mall called Green Pea.

Being Hilton Honors Gold members, we were upgraded to a very nice room on the top floor with great view of the racetrack on top of the old Fiat factory. The room itself was beautifully designed in an industrial style, with very high ceilings and windows, and was also very spacious, comfortable and clean.

Service was good, friendly and professional by all staff. The breakfast was a bit unusual due to the Covid measures, but still in buffet style and with a good choice of foods and drinks. The hotel also has a small gym with cardio machines as well as weights, which was well maintained and kept very clean.

We would definitely consider staying here again when next in Torino.

We stayed here for two nights as a couple so that we could attend a football game at Juventus Stadium. Arrival was easy. We took the airport bus into town and then jumped on the metro to Lingotto. It was around a 7 minute walk to the hotel from here, but we only had small carry on bags. We arrived early so had to wait for our room, but had a nice relaxing drink in the bat whilst we did. Reception staff were superb - very informative. We wanted to go the racetrack on the roof (from the Italian Job) and they explained how to do this and even gave us complimentary tickets.
Our room was very nice and a good size. It had no real view as such, but was nice and modern. The windows desperately needed a good clean on the outside, which would be our only negative of the room.
Breakfast was available and we took it on both days. Not as much choice as bigger Hilton’s but more than good enough. Great fresh coffee too. We didn’t like being served from the buffet. Totally understand that this is a COVID precaution, but will be happy to see this disappear in due course.
It was easy to get around via the Metro and we bought a 3 day unlimited ticket to do so. Hotel staff advised the best way to get to the game (Metro then shuttle bus) and they were spot on. We took a taxi afterwards as it was an evening game and we had an early flight the next morning.
We also took a taxi back to the airport due to the early flight. It was significantly more expensive than the airport bus, but as it was so much quicker, it meant we could enjoy breakfast before we left.
A quick note for British people staying during COVID times. A COVID pass is required for many attractions (including access to the football stadium) but it’s hit and miss whether the NHS pass works or not. We took the paper print out and the app and still had issues. Every location has a scanner for the QR code and it’s supposed to show a green tick. It only worked first time once! Some places checked our paper print out and let us in anyway. There was no flexibility at the stadium though. The paper print outs didn’t work and we eventually succeeded with the app after a good 10 minutes. I saw a US citizen trying to access the stadium with a card proof of vaccination and they wouldn’t let him in as it didn’t have a QR code that could be scanned.
We would recommend this hotel and we would stay again.

As diamond Hilton Honors members we always opt for the Hilton brand. As we were in Turin for one night we ended up at the Double Tree which I always like for their famous cookies.

The hotel has free parking is a bit out of the center of the city but a 5 minute ride will get you to the city center.

On arriving we were were welcomed by the reception who knew we are Hhonors members but didn't receive any upgrades. I had to ask for the cookie and was told they were out until the end of August (it was the first of August). No excuse, no free drink at the bar, no smile.... (oh I would get two next time.... right : (

The rooms are nice and spacious, being in an old car factory gives character.

Breakfast was minimal, service at the breakfast was minimal, quality of food was minimal. Even the cappuccino and espresso was lacking quality. The only thing we liked was the fresh fruit.

I will not come back to this hotel unless management tightens up the focus on service of their staff.

The gym is located on the top floor right next to the elevator without any air-conditioning, don't know who thought that would be a good idea. As frequent runners we ran 12 kilometer along the bank of the river, that was really nice!

The hotel is situated to the south of the city, and is just under half a mile away from Lingotto metro station.

Central Turin is a short metro ride away from Lingotto.

The hotel building was formerly a Fiat factory and has been nicely converted to a splendid hotel.

My room was very good with very modern fixtures and fittings. The bathroom was great with a powerful hot shower but no bath tub.

The staff were most helpful and assisted me in finding a location for my pre departure Covid test.

Breakfast was reasonable. You were served at a central location and hot beverages were ordered via the waiting staff.

The choice of hot items was not great but I enjoyed the fruit and choice of cake and pastries.

I had a beer in the bar one evening which was a pleasant experience. It came with a host of snacks.

Free admission was provided to the adjacent Pinacoteca Agnelli which is well worth visiting.

I stayed for two nights and the total cost was around £180.

The hotel infrastructure is great! The room with high ceilings feel warm also all the minimalistic/ industrial approach gives it an added value. The beads are great for a great rest. The bathroom’s shower is also an enjoyable experience. At arrival the sofa bed was prepared for my kid, nice touch! Breakfast also is good, though a bit more selection of more fruits would be nice.

Disappointed I wasn’t welcomed as a gold card member when we checked. Furthermore, our shower had not been cleaned properly as it had a clump of long hair stuck to the shower wall. Despite reporting it to the main reception and asking them to ensure it gets cleaned properly, when we returned after day out, the room had been cleaned, beds made, towels replaced etc, but disappointingly the shower wall still had the large clump of long hair stuck to it which obviously meant the message had either not been passed on by reception to housekeeping or housekeeping ignored it!! I went down to reception again and reported that the hair was still there. I emailed them photos showing where the hair was and just how much was there. Finally, after we returned from a day out, the shower had been cleaned. I am a huge fan of Hilton but this experience really put me off them big time.

This hotel is stunning: having the whole building (the famous Lingotto of Turin which used to house the former FIAT factory) being completely redesigned by architect Renzo Piano (Kansai Airport of Osaka), the interior is extraordinary. Ceilings are extremely high, in both the rooms and the breakfast area. The windows are immense, allowing for plenty of light to get into the room - do not worry, they also have very well working blackout blinds! The comfort of the beds are great and so is the breakfast, which offers a wide choice well beyond what they used to offer in Italy, i.e. only sweet food. To round it all up is the staff, which is delightful and goes out of their way to help, and I am talking about ALL the staff, at reception, at the breakfast lounge and room claning personnel. Last but not least, a large supermarket is around the corner as well as a large shopping mall. The subway is a 7-8 minutes walk away. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Turin.

We chose this hotel for our weekend stay at Torino - and it has been a blast! Especially the staff's hospitality and friendliness made me really enjoy the stay. There's everything around the place one might be in need of and the Metro to Torino city centre is quasi right in front the building. I want to highlight the specific appearance being an old industrial complex, carefully refurbished with lots of tasteful design cohesive with its history. Shout out for the complimentary parking, I cannot remember the last time I was offered parking in a hotel this close to downtown. Professional and reassuring dealing with COVID-restrictions, so thanks for that! If one wanted to be nit-picking, one would wish for the rooms to be more soundproof.
