I reserved the hotel for 29 July 2022. Arrived by road with a rented car. Hotel garage is not safe. Has tubes which stick out from the wall at 1.40 m high. Difficult to see. I backed to park and back door window crashed. I immediately report the incident to Hotel Manager. They agreed it was wrong to have those tubes but did nothing to solve the situation. It cost me a lot of time to change the vehicle, apart from a cost of 650 euros for repair. The attention of Management and of Hotel staff was very bad and they did not pay for any of the costs. I do not recommend at all this hotel. Bad service and lack of accountability.

I deeply regret that you decided to share a very personal interpretation of what has occurred and that you did not mention the concern that I have personally expressed when you made me aware of the incident. I can assure you that the parking (which is public and not owned by the hotel) is absolutely safe and follows all the safety rules that may apply; in fact the bar that you mention, that is perfectly visible from the rear view mirrors of any car, has the purpose of safeguarding the safety of pedestrians. I would like to take this occasion to remind you that we have immediately suggested you to contact your insurance, in order to have further economic assistance as what has occurred was absolutely beyond our control or fault. I deeply regret that you have not followed our advice and that you have left our property with a negative perception, as our main concern has always been your comfort and satisfaction. Great Location. Easy acces by car. Parking at the Hotel garage very handy and not too expensive Lots of good restaurants around the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Reasonably priced.. Very good over all impression and experience.

we spent 4 unforgettable days in Turin. The hotel was in the center and we were able to reach museums and buildings without the use of a car. The rooms, the service, the cleanliness lived up to expectations : excellent.

Based on website pics we were expecting pretty rooms, it was not the case, Bathroom and room in general not shining, Unfortunately as the location is unique, few steps from Catedral and Piazza Castello and this almost pays the price.

NH Hotels are great. Great linens, beds, air conditioning, layout of rooms and bathrooms and not too expensive (mostly). This NH Hotel in Santo Stefano is really in a great area. In the evening it completely comes alive with tons of restaurants in the square nearby. It is absolutely buzzing. Great spots for aperativo and for dinner. Plus it was super quiet - never a sound. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was really friendly and Hans gave us a friendly welcome. Plus it is only 20 min walk to the Porto Nuovo train station where you can get the bus to the airport.

It was so lovely to return to NH Torino after 3 years it was like coming home! We instantly felt welcomed by the wonderful staff who are always friendly and happy to serve you with a smile! Our room was lovely, spacious & spotless that opened onto a lovely balcony. The breakfast was delicious with a large assortment of fresh Italian delicacies and the meal we had in the restaurant was cooked to perfection! What else can one say we enjoyed every minute of our stay, hope to return again next year! Thank you staff of Santo Stefano for making our short stay so memorable!

First of all the staff is excellent: always prompt, informative, accommodating. Susanna, Valentina e Alice at the front desk are over the top. Then the location: right in the city center close to highlights, attractions and restaurants. Full of bars and cafe nearby. Nice modern ambiance. Love it.

The staff took very good care of all my wishes and desires and they helped me relax at most! I am so grateful to them and it is something I discover not to happen in many places these days. A great four-star hotel in a lovely area We have nothing but praise for this hotel. Reception were efficient and friendly. The room was extremely comfortable with the bed we didn’t want to leave! The shower was super powerful. The breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice. We will definitely come back. The bad reviews on here must be exceptions…
