Great location near the main railway station and all sights. Reception staff were very helpful with advising us on getting around. The room was very nice and breakfast was a typical European style - cold meats and cheeses and usual eggs etc. I could recommend this hotel for a friendly experience for business or sightseeing and very convenient if you are travelling to other Italian cities by train.
A good, central and affordable hotel. The staff at the reception desk is very helpful. The breakfast is OK, not a lot of choice muy more than a basic Italian breakfast. Good connections by bus every 15 minutes, leaving from square across hotel.
The two floor room was excellent for a family stay, with two TVs. However, having the bathroom downstairs was not practical for the adults. Breakfast is decent but can definitely be improved for the price of the hotel.
We just came back from a three night stay in this hotel. Very close to train station entrance Via Nizza. Very pleased with the room, we had a room on the 4th floor. Very quiet, even though it overlooked the main road. We had a large room with all the amenities needed. A very large bathroom , with shower and a jacuzzi bath, we even had toiletries and bathroom slippers. We had a balcony and another window. The front offive were very friendly and helpful. They even booked taxis for us. And very good value for money. Will definitly visit again.
The hotel is situated near the train station, not far from the old town. The neighborhood is sketchy at best - junkies, beggars, homeless people and prostitutes are right in front of it. Not really reassuring when you’re walking home. Our room was on the 4th floor. One reading light didn’t work well and you could hear all the noise from the room next door. An absolute no-go is the plastic cups in the bathrooms. The hotel deserves 3 stars at most. That would get a 3* rating from me. Where I remove the other two points is the price we paid. Upon arrival I saw the list of all the people arriving That day and saw that we paid by far more than all the others. Room rates went from 69 to 130 euros. We paid 151 euros. I suspect that they just add a fee for customers from Switzerland. I can understand a difference of 10% for the room but when you realize that you paid more than double than the others I feel just cheated. …
The hotel was ideal for a quick break away where you want to get out and see the city. Located right next to the train station the hotel was just a short walk away from the main shopping areas with restaurants located around. The room was very large with a lovely bathroom including a very modern power shower. A balcony was also part of the room. Breakfast was included and had a wide range of choices and was topped up regularly so wasn’t an issue if it was slightly busier. Would definitely recommend.
I have been in Turin many times. I lost count, but probably close to 10 times now. Hotels have been from very bad to very good and this one tops them all. Room was beautiful, location, next door to the station and 15 minutes walk to the centre of Milan excellent. Breakfast had everything you asked for. I won't be looking anywhere else.
Right next to Turin station, it’s really convenient if you are passing through like we were. One night is plenty here. The area is pretty seedy with some odd characters around. Keep your valuables close. The hotel is spotless, with very friendly staff. The bar area was well appointed and the breakfast was excellent. However, the room was difficult. We were on the top floor and so under the roof, which was pitched. The spa bath was relaxing but hard to get in and out of. Wouldn’t use it if you were a bit infirm but as its the only bath/shower you would be stuck. The bed was rock hard and squeaky. Consequently, we slept badly and the gunfight around midnight down the road was disconcerting. Could also hear everyone in the hallway. And why do they install fire alarms that have bright lights? The one above the bed was so bright it lit the room up. Would not stay there again.…
Hotel is pleasant, rooms are clean, well equipped and spacious, breakfast rich and there is variety of food. But I was robbed at the payment at the check-in. Exchange rate which should be around 1,711 for HRK was 1,85. This is embarrassing.
I've just recently returned from Turin and stayed in this hotel with my husband and two young children. This hotel was about half hour drive away from the airport and about 10 minutes walk from the shopping district of Turin. We were given a mezzanine room with a large comfortable king size bed and a sofa bed. It was very spacious and my kids loved the two levels in bedroom. The bathroom was large and spacious and my kids loved the jacuzzi bath. Air conditioning was working well and we also had a nice balcony. Breakfast was basic but did the job. Would have liked to have some bottled water in the room but there was shop two doors down so wasn't a big problem.
