The front desk service was very helpful, the room was comfortable, and breakfast buffet very good. Front desk ensured my rewards points were entered and buffet staffer was on hand and attentive to needs of diners. A good experience.
1.The wifi still needs an improvement; 2.The hotel received some groups of travellers while I was in (very crowded) and that has caused a lot of trouble like big cups missing for the breakfast and longer time to get attended in the restaurant, indicating lack of capability.
I arrive in Turin at around 12:00, and head towards the Hotel to leave my stuff so that I can explore the City without luggage, luckily, at the reception the Gentleman allow me to check inn, unfortunately I forgot to get his name, but he was very nice and very helpful to answer my question and help how to navigate around the city and out of the city.
Nice hotel, good location to jump onto the metro into city centre. It much to do in vicinity of the hotel. Air con was temperamental, but staff informed of a few recent issues. Would be nice to offer some free water in the rooms, especially when it’s so hot. Also some milk for us tea drinkers 😁
small room,Broken side bed for kid,no person to help with luggage,no outdoor space for breakfast, average breakfast, good parking place for car, very nice neighbourhood with mall and supermarket in walking distance.
nice place , excellent breakfast and very nice staff. I like the location and the food . a nice restaurant outside and free parking. very fast check-in and check out . hana in the reception was very helpful and the room service was excellent
We were with a tour group and we got to the hotel in time for dinner. Staff was very helpful in helping to make us a reservation. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast (included) was delicious!! Overall we were very pleased!!
Apart from the looooong wait to check in, all was good. Shower area but quite as clean as could be. Diamond member and benefits offered with upgraded room. Close to Metro to centre. Would stay again if in Turin.
Great, thanks to the receptionist. Unfortunately, we cannot remember his name. He wears glasses, though. The breakfast spread was wonderful, and everything was fresh and delicious. The receptionist tried to accommodate us in the best possible way according to our needs
Positives about this hotel are; the room we had was a good size, big bed and very comfortable. Location nextdoor to the Massaua metro station which is really easy to use and runs from 5.30am to 12.30am each day. Negatives are; unsure why our hotel room was sticky each time it was cleaned, the walls were sticky too. On one day we were out for most of the day and came back to relax in our room at about 3.00pm. A few minutes later the maid wanted to clean our room so we had to leave the room whilst she did this. This comment is not aimed at the maid, but why the rooms are not cleaned in the mornings? We went downstairs to the lobby to relax until our room had been cleaned but it was too noisy with guests who had arrived by coach so we ended up waiting at the end of the corridor near our room until it was ready. On our first morning we went down for breakfast and chose a table to sit at and was told we were unable to sit in that area for breakfast, although other people were sat eating in this area, and others used the same area all week for breakfast. We were only asked twice for our room number at breakfast, anyone could walk in and eat and leave again. Whilst there was always 2-3 staff on at breakfast nothing was very organised and for the size of the breakfast area we couldn't understand why. Food was running out regularly and it took the staff a while to recognise this and bring some more out. On our last day we asked the hotel to book a taxi for us which they did and it turned up within 5 minutes. At the start of each journey a tariff is added which during the day is 3.5 euros. At the start of our journey the tariff started at 5.90 euros. When we spoke to the hotel about this we were advised that the minute the taxi driver receives the call that you want a taxi, this is when the meter starts running, so please beware of this. Also when we signed out of the hotel we were told that we needed to pay a city tax, which we were aware of, but didn't realise that the total would be 51 euros which works out at about 3.5 euros per person, per day. The hotel should advise guests of this at the beginning of their stay. This spoiled the last day for us. We won't be returning to this hotel.…
