Hotel is difficult to find and the first impression is rather dissapointing. Interriors though are nice and clean, staff very friendly and helpful but there is no wi-fi in the rooms (for which you pay ca 150 EUR!). The bathroom is clean but a bit smelly and there is no way to close the shower cabine (as there is none)...

on a motorbike trip we were searching for a reasonable priced hotel near the center. looking at the webpage of the arts hotel we were convinced that's it. booked and drove there. we couldn't believe this was even our hotel when we looked at the house. looks from the outside like a run-down apartment building. parking space not available (even...

Somebody find a good idea, to make individually decorated rooms and interieur. It was some time ago. Since then, rooms were used, but not maintained. Bathroom was obviously under the average. The hooks for towels were broken down (both), couldn't hang on anywhere. The bathroom had no ventillation either. But the breakfast was surprisingly uniqe and lovely. The chocolate croissant...

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is hidden, hard to find. The room was not like in the pictures on the hotel web site. The shower was completely "free" no curtain or walls. The bathroom was soaked after the shower. Breakfast never started on time, the service was not particularly friendly. The location is ok, but...

We arrived at the hotel at 3 pm and the doors were locked. We found out that you can't check in till 4 pm when the staff arrive. We had to go away and come back later. We fortunately had a very friendly taxi driver that helped us. The staff were very friendly were they got there and the breakfast...

These were the parting words from the hotel to me this morning. Having politely complained that I had tepid shower water, no wifi, no lift, a broken toilet and all for the price of €82 I was told to stay so where else next time! I had requested that my rate be reduced which was actually met with laughter. My...

Very nice hotel close to the city centre. Modern facilities, rich breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful staff. WiFi is available free of charge in the rooms and it is fast and reliable. The city centre is a ten-minute walk away, which is a small price to pay considering that the hotel is much less expensive than the more central...

No wonder that the hotel does not show too many of his pictures because there is nothing to show ... Lots of lies and inaccuracies on offer. The hotel does not deserve to be called a three star hotel. Maximum for what I rated the hotel is 1 to 2 stars. There is no support around the clock, at night...

This hotel is very clean with tons of space and modern furniture. It is not within the city center, but a short walk away. One thing we did not like are the open showers--no curtain or door. They were very friendly and spoke great English--wifi was available, but really only in the common areas. Overall, a nice overnight for the...

This hotel should not have 3 stars. There was hardly ever anyone at the reception and we could not get into the hotel when we arrived at 3 pm. The shower had no curtain, so the bathroom was constantly flooded. Stay somewhere else if you can.
