Nothing special. We were disappointed with the Isolated Location outside of town but realized that that was why it was less expensive than centrally located hotels. Hotel and room were clean but dated, boring and a little dreary and worn out. Breakfast was the usual offerings. Staff was fine.

Good hotel. Close too train station and bus stop. Just outside of Bozen, capital city of South Tyrol. Hotel is very neat. There's lots of parking and the views are spectacular. Service is limited and restaurant also has just a limited service. Breakfast is OK, but exactly the same every day.

My car sat-nav found this for me and after a long day around the mountain roads in very hot weather this hotel looked very welcome with is colourful floral entrance featuring a lovely front terrace to dine or relax. I checked in easily which was no fuss and helpfully for me English was spoken by all members of staff that... More

We visited the The Gardenhotel Premstaller during our Stay in Bolzano and we are very dissapointed by the rude way we were treated by the owner of the place. She was so arrogant. When we first arrived the room was freezing and we complained with the reception for the heating system but they did not seem to care... On the... More

This hotel is an older, well-maintained hotel. It is in a beautiful area (at the foot of the Dolomites) and the view out our window was absolutely fabulous! The breakfast was excellent. Both the front desk staff and the restaurant staff were super personable. We honestly wished we could stay in that location a few more days. Peaceful and lovely... More

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. This hotel was okay.It was pretty warm in the room .I was shocked at how warm the room was when I entered, I was told there was nothing that could be done to turn the radiator down but of course I could open the window. Room is extremely well equipped, clean... More

Stayed 4 nights on a business trip. Good, basic, clean hotel with a friendly stuff. I do think though its a bit overpriced and not an 4-star hotel. In case you need or missing something just ask if you need something they will help. At our arrival there was only 1 towel, there were no shampoo or other amenities in bathroom.... More

Despite a good location on the outskirts of Bolzano, and also despite a lovely appearance from the outside, I found everything else to do with this hotel awful. Firstly, the pillows are so gigantic they force your neck into an extremely awkward position and guarantee a bad night's sleep on this factor alone. It was hot when I stayed and... More

This a a basic hotel, nothing fancy. Clean, quiet, good breakfast, close to the highway. I think they probably do a lot of tour bus business. Staff is OK, but limited English. Hotel is about 10 minute drive from Balzano city center. Not really walkable. There is probably a bus connection that comes close. You really should have a car... More
