On the plus side, this hotel is clean, well maintained, has good bathrooms (but see picture below) and is near the ski slopes. Sadly there is a lot more to be said on the negative side: the staff were unhelpful and often rude, the wifi is so antiquated as to be almost useless, there is a charge for the spa...

The circulation areas of the hotel are pleasant but the rooms are basic yet clean. If you need wifi don't come here as it is very poor. The breakfast is disappointing to say the least, a boiled egg is the only hot offering. Tinned fruit and dry bread is also on the menu. Dinners are ok and well presented but...

Excellently placed in the village by the clock and drop off points plus close to the piste and chair lifts and gondola. This hotel is clean, fairly spacious, all the amenities for this lower end cost. The good was the rooms cleaned every day, mostly all staff were very welcoming, happy and there for you. one manager shouldn't be in...

Hotel is clean, comfortable and close to the slopes with good supply of hot water. Italian staff very friendly The food is very Italian with endless pasta, but: Few vegetables, no included wine at table, no tea station or afternoon cakes when coming off the slopes, no porridge for breakfast (but there is ample continental style). Even the hotel's sauna...

Having spent a week at the Hotel Breuil I found it a good base both for the ski slopes and the village. It required about a 5 minute walk to the lifts. Generally the standard of room in a well used hotel is rather higher in Italy than some of those found in France and this was no exception. An...

Hotel excellent, staff and food good .Lack of info. from Crystal Reps. Crystal reps were either rarely seen or when we did see them all they wanted to do was sell you something. No sign of the reps at the appointed place to cash in ski pass-could have waited all night!

Small nice hotel. Very nice staff. Food excellent. I recommend it. Cervinia is a small town so everything is close. Five minutes walk to skilift. Lots of restaurants close to the hotel. When sun is shining Cervinia is Heaven on earth.

This hotel was an ideal ski hotel. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ski locker room in basement had heated boot racks and ski racks. Could maybe have done with another ski rack but plenty of benches to boot up in the morning. Not ski in ski out but only a 10 min walk to the lifts. The food...

The hotel was very well situated in the town, a short walk from the lifts and the bars and restaurants. Far enough away to be quiet though. Its old fashioned décor was more than compensated for by the brilliant staff in the restaurant and the general overall cleanliness of the general areas and bedrooms. In the restaurant all the staff...
