Great location, but average hotel. The breakfast wast simple, but enjoyable. Rooms were clean, and service ok. One major fault is the garbage and empty bottle recycling, which is taken out to the street when guests are sleeping; a startling wake up at 5:30 AM. Probably an oversight by management, which should be addressed immediately.

Breakfast: Poor and cold. Nothing warm or cooked to chose from. Cutlery dirty with leftovers from who knows when. Staff: Unpleasent. Noone looks you in the eye while talking to you. Questions answered with yes or no only. Or by waving a hand. First time ever for me that at check in noone told me when or where the breakfast...

The room was a smoking one... we have replaced it. The room we got was on the 6th floor , but the elevator reach only the 5th... Breakfast was average. They charge...

The hotel is located near the Scrovegni Chapel and the old town area. It's a short walk to St. Anthony's Basilica. Our room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast offers a good variety in a restaurant setting. The shower is inside the high-sided tub that may cause some folks difficulty.

rooms were clean, quiet, safe and spacious: the staff spoke English, patient, friendly and professional: the location allowed easy walk to all major sites of Padova and the rail station: restaurant had superior cuisine for dinner at reasonable prices: the breakfast service had varied, local products with ample quantities - beverages from machine or freshly brewed - highly recommended

We arrived at this hotel one night in advance of our group. We found the hotel to be convenient, clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and helpful. Elevators are available for all floors. There is a charge for Wifi. Three weeks traveling in N. Italy and this is the only time we had to pay for hotel WiFi. To...

“Top floor has motion lights and it is dark when you arrive there in the elevator. If that scares you, don't go there. ALSO, watch your step on the stairway: there is at least one step at the top that is smaller than the rest and my mom, 82, almost fell because of that!”
