If you care for sleep, stay away from this place. Paper thin walls and noisy, stay-up-late neighbours conspire to complete destroy any shade of sleep. Also, they rate themselves as 3-star, while it could be hardly a 1.5 to 2-star max. Also beware, they do not offer parking, do not care to help with that, and parking is almost impossible...

They withdrew extra money from my bank account and ignored my request to return it. I tried to solve the problem by emailing them, but they didn't do anything about it. CustomerService.booking.com also can't solve my problem with this Hotel.

Dear customer, we are sorry for your review. The hotel has behaved properly carrying out a pre-authorization of the first night, and this is clearly written in the portal where you booked. To unlock a foreign preautorizzzione it takes a few more day than the other. Unfortunately, the professionalism, availability, care of our customers, is ruined because of a technical...

My son lives in Padova with his young family so there is no room for us to stay with him any more so we always stay in the Hotel Giotto about ten minutes walk from the beautiful town centre. Recently returned having spent four nights in the hotel, the staff are friendly and always want to speak English when I...

Our room at the hotel was small but clean, comfortable and quiet. We took the tram from the train station to the “Santo” stop. On a Saturday, this was a challenge. The tram was very busy. We had two suitcases that were in everyone’s way. When we left Padua, we took a taxi back to the train station (cost 13.00 E-...

Although it "seemed" little bit away from the museums and art galleries -which was my main reason for visiting Padua - it was close to the Basilica - which i also wanted to re-visit and the walk to the museums did not seem that far. When it rained (on one day), there was sufficient cover under the porticos. The hotel...

Reasonably priced, but small single room (small single bed) in this well located hotel in the beautiful city of Padua. The room was very warm and the air con didn't seem to work well, so I had to open the window. There was free Wi-Fi which worked well (no security!), and a TV provided in the room - the picture...

There were 4 of us so we had two rooms for a week. We all really liked the hotel. Padua was a surprise to me as regards how built up it is. But it does have a central area right at its heart. Hotel Giotto stands beside a one way street just on the outside of the more built up...

This hotel has perfect location. You can get to every sight fast from here. The rooms are also comfortable and wi-fi worked well, too. The staff was super nice and they spoke English well. If I travel to Padova, I'll stay in this hotel. I truly recommend it :)

We stayed as a group of 8 for a long weekend. The staff are helpful if a little rushed off their feet sometimes, breakfast a little hectic for them making coffee and clearing tables, but overall very good. Breakfast itself is everything you would expect in Italy, cold meats, cheese, pastries, boiled eggs, cakes, fruit and good freshly made coffee....
