I booked my stay in Volta as an economical base to visit Venice (3 nights in a hotel in Venice £600, 3 in Volta Padua £111) It only provides breakfast but is incredibly economical, the rooms are well furnished (a little small if a couple) Lovely bathroom with good hot shower and generous towel size( I hate those skimpy towels... Nice quiet hotel situated on a one way street. Is close to a major road but you are not bothered by traffic noise. Small hotel but very cosy. Warm welcome by an English speaking young lady on reception. Did not serve dinner but we had a drive into pretty Padua and found a very popular restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful with... More

Perfect hotel for 1-2 days stay. Nice room and bathroom (little fridge in the room, free water, coffee or tea, free cosmetics). Very nice staff (when we arrived they offered us something to drink or fruits). Breakfast - you can find what you want (ham, cheese or something sweet, yoghurt, fruits and fresh warm bread). Thin walls - sometimes you... More

I know everyone needs a one night stay in hotel well here is great! It has nice location and really nice rooms! They are clean and the restoraunt is small but it offers a great food and the stuff is great! This hotel is great for one night and you will love it here even for a couple of nights!... More

Loved this little hotel - the staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English, the room with a balcony was perfect and we had free parking. Breakfast was delicious and the free wifi worked! Excellent value for money. Wish all budget hotels were this good! The local shopping centre five minutes' walk away is also handy for cafes, etc. (We... More

A nice small hotel in a quiet area of Padova. With the car or bus (2 euros for a single ticket) you reach the city center in 10 minutes. The hotel is super clean, nicely decorated and there is coffee, tea, juice and fresh water available all day. The room itself was beautiful, with a nice balcony we unfortunately didn't... More

It's a very small hotel but clean and tidy. Runs by a few young teems who are extremly helpful ones with always a smile on their faces. The hotel is in a quiet part of Padova but the city center is close enough (7 mins by car or 15 mins by walk), but you can find everything nearby (<5 mins... More

This was by far our favorite hotel of our trip to Italy. It's outside the city center, but there's a gorgeous walking path that heads into downtown (about 3.5 km), and the hotel is a 3-minute walk from two main bus lines and a Good Bike rental station. We stayed here for five nights, and the receptionists were always super... More

Our stay in Padua had 2 objectives, visit Padua itself and take a train to spend a day in Venice, so it corresponded all our expectations, The Hotel is clean with a good breakfast included, staff very helpful and close to the best Pizza I ate in Itally. Ask them they will tell you.

We stayed at Hotel Volta for one night. There is parking outside the hotel where we parked the car. The hotel is situated right next to Boccaglione river at a very quiet residential area so the quality of sleep is excellent. The hotel receptionist was very helpful he gave us all information we could possibly need about everything we asked.... More
