Pros: Easy to find, close to the railway station and the old town. OK breakfast, good coffee. Quite affordable. Nice staff. Cons: A bit run down and in need of renovation, a touch of the seventies? Had to open the window to get some air, which meant much noise from traffic and people passing the hotel. Said online that parking...

Thank you for your nice review. Only a small thing as long as parking is concerned, our parking is free when the booking is direct on our official web site, when booking through agencies the parking is not included, as explained on the services descriptions.

The hotel is a 3 star & the accommodation is spacious clean & comfortable. The staff wer polite helpful & attentive. Location is good only 600 yds from the rail & bus stations. The historic centre is only 10-15 mins away. However, you can use public transport to access the main sites. Would recommend the Padua Card available from the...

Easy to find and very handy location to railway station and center of town. Car park was either underneath or across the road. Had to pay for parking but free parking is further down the road if you want to chance it. Hotel room was typical European for an older hotel. OK but a touch on the small side. Nice...

Possibly the most friendliest Hotel in Italy. Nothing is to much for the staff especially the two night porters both called Alexandria. Spotlessly clean rooms, sumptuous breakfast and secure parking. Two minutes walk to the station and easy distance to Venice. Lots of good restaurants in Padau, although the restaurant in the Hotel is first class! Can only recommend the...

Hidden fees. The hotel rooms are very updated with nice beds and a streamlined compact bathroom. Windows are old fashioned and the rooms can get muggy and stuffy. We drove and paid a lot to park under the building, something in the fine print that if you don't book directly at their site you don't get free parking. Think it...

The hotel was very close to the train station, only a 5-10 walk. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and it was convenient to have a restaurant inside the hotel. I would stay there again because of the great value.

Staff was welcoming and low key. Food was great - breakfast, and we also ate two dinners there. Great location for our lovely several days exploring Padua. The location was handy to the train station for visits to Venice. We would stay there again! Great value.

The hotel is not far from the station and has very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is good and the restaurant is decent. The wifi is also functioning, overall a very good value for what you pay.

We chose this hotel initially for its convenient proximity to the station - no more than 10 minutes on foot. Even though ours was only an overnight stay we were made to feel very welcome by Lucia, who gave us helpful advice regarding places to see and eat - and how to get to them - and also photocopied for...

“Higher is better. If you care about the double bed ask them for a room with mattress that doesn't divide (some hotel tie them together to solve the issue). Probably on the street side is better than the train rails side; there is not a lot of cars passing by.”

“Not sure I would want a room facing the railroad tracks.”
catladyKC, 23 May 2014 | Read review
“One side of the hotel overlooks the railway lines - the soundproofing is good enough so we didn't find our sleep disturbed and I think the rooms might be bigger on this side of the hotel.”

“Rooms at the back of the hotel may be subject to rumbling from the adjacent rail lines.”
