Loved the staff and the location of this little hotel. Really great location and the breakfast and coffee are just super. The staff are very helpful and can help with directions around town. Even a piano on the 2nd floor. Thanks Veronika and team!

I have stayed at La residenza probaly 6 or 7 times. I love everything about it. The location, the staf and the beautiful building. It is spottless, everyone is really helpfull. The price is excellent.

The receptionists were helpful and spoke decent English which makes vacation just that much easier. We did feel we got a few rude looks...

Stayed with family and other family with teenage boys en route to skiing. Great location fro St Mark's Square and for water taxi. Quiet, set in a pretty square. Arrived early evening and receptionist was friendly and helpful. Rooms vary-we had a family room which was large and comfortable-typical Venetian furniture which may not be to everyones taste as a...
