Great views and nearby restaurants. Friendly helpful staff. Close to the vaparetto station. Amazing breakfast to start your day. The rooftop terrace is definitely the cherry on top, took amazing pictures from up there.

Stayed here last week prior to a cruise, it’s really a fab location as it’s next to the water bus stop which is 20 metres away from the reception. Hotel overlooked the lagoon and cruise ships pass in front whilst eating breakfast.

Hotel Gabrielli is located facing the lagoon and is a short walk to St Marks Square. We chose to leave our windows open which meant it was quite noisy at night but you can certainly soak up the atmosphere. Room had been recently renovated (not...More
It was the perfect location for a first time visit in Venice. I loved the room, it was in the front. Really good breakfast but did not enjoy the roof bar that much. Nothing special about it, would have thought that they will invite hotel...More
We loved the the location! Very close to the water taxi stops from the airport and the local vaporettas. Our room overlooked the bay with a lovely terrace. We were close to Saint Marks square and Rialto. The front desk was helpful answering questions. The...More
Castello is the largest of the six sestieri (districts), and the only one not facing onto the Grand Canal. More than half of Castello is situated within Arsenale, the naval base, which occupies over one-fifth the area of Venice. This gentrified maritime neighbourhood feels busy but casual. Castello’s side streets are laid back, with small boats lining canals criss-crossed by laundry. Semiannual exhibitions add a
strong artsy current to the Arsenale area. Via Garibaldi in Castello, with its shops and bars, has one of Venice's rare straight and wide boulevards. When a large ship turns around the Lido to enter the Giudecca Canal, the startling sight creates an illusion that it will run aground right on Via Garibaldi! Families treasure Giardini near the island's tip, green with rare trees and grass, and Riva degli Schiavoni is a popular spot for Venetians to take a stroll to watch the sunset.

there is a roof terrace with service if you like. You can order by phone, which is on the roof top or go to the bar and have your Aperol Spritz made for you and take it up on your own. On request we serve fingerfood, antipasti or whatever you might order from our menu.
The terrace is open from 9 am - 23 pm.
Looking forward to welcoming you
