a very good hotel to stay at when visiting Venice. location optimal, near to the bus station and vaporetto. staff friendly, room and bathroom clean and spacious (we stayed in a superior triple room). breakfast was OK, but the selection was the same every day.

Yes, the hotel is easy distance away from the cruise terminal (5-7 minute walk). Note: there are a couple of bridges to cross on the way with stairs that can make it awkward with heavy luggage. One of the bridges has a ramp... More

The hotel are open 24h, the gate in the "shortway to grand canal" closed around 10pm but just need to walk around (also a better street in the night!) to reach the hotel entrance anytime. It's easy and safe.
