Very expensive, which would have been ok if the bed was decent given the view. Spare bed was so worn out it was visibly concave. Management's response was that a bed's comfort was subjective. Very disappointing.

The view was awesome looking out at the Rialto bridge. The breakfast was great along with the snacks they had in the afternoon. There is a large flight of stairs which can be a problem for certain people. The hotel people helped with our luggage...More
Stayed here two nights. Fantastic location and very very helpful staff. We had an issue with the room (plumbing) but was moved to another apartment location before we knew what had happened. Great service.
Great value for the location
Hotel located in a highest floor in house, and no elevator. If you not like a floorclimbing, take another hotel. Location is perfect, near Rialto bridge, but not hoping to see from windows a river/canal. There is only a 2 rooms with canalview. Room was...More

The Rialto Bridge is the most famous sight along the Grand Canal in San Polo, smallest of Venice's six sestieri (districts) and by far the busiest neighbourhood. Morning Venetians arrive to peruse the markets for fish, fruit and vegetables, while shops display goods from cheese to wine to desserts. San Silvestro and Rialto Market vaporetto (water taxi) stops add to the steady stream of foot traffic. San
Polo is defined by churches including Basilica dei Frari, one of the most important churches sought by art lovers.
