Glad we choose to stay here. It was very quaint, clean, great service and breakfast. All for the back of the hotel much quieter. We had room 105 and we had a little court yard. Very helpful staff they spoke English well also.

I left my luggage behind the front desk for the same reason. They give you a tag. It's no problem.

I am sure they do have twins. Contact the hotel directly. They are VERY responsive.

I think karlowsj meant Alilaguna regarding transportation from the cruise terminal to San Marco. Again, I suggest you contact the hotel with all of your questions. They are VERY helpful and responsive.
