Great location for all the sights in Venice (right inbetween rialto and st marks square), we had a room over looking one of the canals which was lovely. Staff were always friendly and very helpful, ask them to recommend some restaurants. 5*

"There are no lifts so people with difficultly with stairs e-mail and ask for 1 on the 1st floor."
"Room 4 is right by the breakfast area but very quite. Has just shower. Room 9 is mini suite with 2 balconies over a canal."
"There is no elevator, so if you have any difficulty with stairs, choose the first floor"
"as in most hotels in Venice, there are no lifts, so if you got a massive suitcases, better to ask for a room on 1-2 floors"
"accessibility, quiet rooms, cozy"
