    Definitely doesn't warrant 1 star, I'd say more like a 3-4 star. The location of the hotel was excellent, as were the facilities of the hotel. Excellent wifi, tea and coffee etc. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I requested a canal room and got one...More

    Yes you can. Nervously, we left our luggage in the corridor while we explored Venice. On returning it was in our room waiting for us.
