The hotel is great, the staff is great and the price is perfect for what you are getting especially if you can't afford hotels in Venice. The only problem with this hotel is that it is in Mestre, which is a bus stop away from Venice. We made the mistake of getting off in Venice and had to find a... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the beginning of October after a trip to Rome, we found the hotel easily enough from the Mestre train station, however if you get the number 9 bus like the hotels website suggests the stop is right the way down from the train station exit as we couldn't find it so... The reception lounge is very nice. The lady on the check out was very helpful. However, the acoustic in the room is absolutely none, we could hear all the conversation of the couple on the next room and on the corridor. When they used the shower or the toilet it was like right above our heads, it woke us up... More

I feel most miserable in this hotel. The lobby looks big, clean and nice but this is as far as the hotel goes. The room is disappointedly small. The bathroom only has elbow space, and not even a hook to hang your clothes. The wifi....slow! Thank goodness I only have two nights here. Definitely not coming back here again!

We stayed here for 4 nights during Venice Carnival. We were pleased with our choice. We paid about 50€ per night per couple. The bedrooms are small. The decor is basic. The most important aspect for me is the cleanliness of the room. This was very good, and we were given fresh clean white towels each day. There were some... More

The hotel lobby is deceivingly modern, new, bright and clean but was certainly not a real taste of what is to come. The room was TINY, the bathroom TINIER, I can't believe they rent out rooms so small and wish such incredibly small bathrooms, I am normal to thin in height and weight and struggled in that bathroom, god help... We were in Milan for business and over the weekend we planned to go to Vanice over the weekend with our Italian friend. She booked this hotel for all of us in Mestre. It is an average, neat and clean hotel. Very basic hotel, good if you want a hotel only to sleep in the hotel. Very good connection to... More

I booked late and couldn't get a reasonably priced hotel in Venice itself. So opted for this hotel in nearby Mestre. I paid 200 Euros for 2 people, bed and breakfast for Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd October 2015. We stayed in room 212 at the front of the hotel. It was modern and immaculately clean, but very small. We... More

I was allocated an incredibly small room with two tiny single beds; it was almost impossible to move. Originally I booked - and paid for - a superior category that was "not available" at my arrival. Pictures do absolutely not coincide with the room's actual appearance. Very rude and unfriendly receptionists! Furthermore, towels were completely missing and disgusting hairballs appeared... More

Good location near Venice . The room was average but with all necessities . Clean. As I was mostly interested in visiting Venice and other surrounding islands the most important thing was the location . But it turned out to be a comfortable place to stay in too.
