    Decent hotel, spacious room. No lift but the staff will help with your bags -lots of stairs tho- breakfast provided. Very close to San Marcos square. Ive stayed in more expensive hotels in Venice that are not half good. Would recommend.

    If you are in a group of 4or more then take a private water taxi otherwise there is a regular half hourly vaporetto service to Venice that stops at Murano and about 15 stops all over Venice

    Use a vaperetto if that's how it's spelt it's just like a bus you catch it just outside of the station tickets are cheap

    You can take a vaporetta boat down the grand camel, get off at St marks and walk the short distance, less than 200 metres
