Great little hotel, very central yet quiet, down side street. A map is essential both to find hotel but you need one anyway to explore Venice. They now have signs for this hotel when you get within a couple of streets...

Hi, there isn't a room as such but the staff are happy to keep your luggage at reception for you. We arrived early and they took our bags while we went off out until our room was ready.
