    Small B&B near P. San Marco. Wonderful, helpful staff. Quiet neighbohood close to all. Fun pretending we lived in Venice. Wonderful breakfast and can walk everywhere. Clean and beautifully furnished. Terrific

    No, no balconies in this hotel. Breakfast is Italian but they also offer eggs, any style on request.
