The room and building itself is very comfortable and of a good size in a very good location where everything is easily accessible. However, even before arriving I was not overly impressed. I was sent emails from booking.com to confirm the time of arrival which...More

1. The place is near impossible to find unless you have a great gps system. It has no awning or marking on the building.

shops on the Lista di Spagna offer specialties like pastries and coffee that lure Venetians with a down-to-earth attitude. Side streets lead into quiet picturesque neighbourhoods and palaces like Ca' d'Oro rise directly out of the water.
