The hotel and hotel staff were great, VERY friendly, although the elevator wasn't working so that was fun.... The attached restaurant is the only source of food on the island, sadly. Seafood is purely revolting for me (yeah, I know I'm weird), and the only thing that wasn't seafood on the menu was spaghetti and steak. The first night I...

Worst hotel experience ever. Upon my arrival in middle of the night I have discovered a room in size of a jail cell, with no towels, no hot water and no heating on a cold night. Since the front desk is not 24/7, there was no one to address my concerns. Totally ruined my trip.

I would advise using this hotel with genuine caution. They showed themselves to be dishonest money grabbers to me. They are happy to take customers money that they are not owed. You are better off paying a little more and finding a more reputable hotel in my opinion. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.

Dear Guest, we are sorry for the unpleasant feeling you had about your one-night-stay. Unfortunately due to your late arrival and early check-out, we think you could not perceive any value since you did not have the chance to experience the hotel services such as the hotel restaurant renowned for the local cuisine, the rich buffet for breakfast and the...

I absolutely lovedthe location! Near enough to Venice and to Murano to be handy but blissfully peaceful and green. I loved walking round the island (it's pretty small) the morning after I arrived, especially as I'd come from Naples. It's everything Naples isn't - clean, quiet, safe, and a nice place to be. Hotel itself is so-so. It's really a...

We found this to be an excellent alternative to the crowds of central Venice. Sabrina was thoughtful and attentive during both the booking process and throughout our visit. I had some mobility issues and the staff was wonderfully accommodating, to the point of accompanying us to and from the waterbus dock upon demand. The beds were very comfortable and the...

One short boat ride away from San Marco and still far away from overcrowded Venice. You can sleep well and enjoy breakfast in calm and quiet natural surrounding and then quickly jump to tourist attractions. Service is excellent, stuff very friendly

When booking our trip I wanted to end my days away from the crowds and find peace. Venice Certosa Hotel certainly offered that. From beginning to end the stay there was perfect. When we arrived, very late evening and quite exhausted, we were greeted by a lovely gentlemen with great humour, given the exhaustion of our trip his jokes and...

Set in a huge park its great to be away from the crowds but a simple boat ride gets you to Venice quickly. The room was large and the bath was a jacuzzi bath in a big bathroom. Breakfast is fairly simple and can be eaten inside or out. staff were helpful.

I was very happy during stay in Venice, specially when I visit the city Centre near to museum and very interest visions in the front of sea. I recommended the people who want save money to stay in this hotel and take the transportation to visit the historical places.
