Just loved this property. Our room/studio was perfect. Glorious little balcony. Brought in breakfast was scrumptious. Central position yet quiet. Lovely decor. The girls in reception were most helpful and friendly. Will definitely return.

The apartment was very functional for a family of 4 with two older teenagers. The rooms were clean and spacious with a very large bathroom. The location of the apartment was central and very quiet (which seems to be a rarity in Italy). The only minor mark down was that they gave the 4 of us 4 coffee pods to...

The elevator is extremely slow, you cannot find a parking place near the hotel but the rest is speechless. The propriety is very clean, the bathroom is perfect fitted and the space in the room is just perfect for a few days spend in Verona

The location is very good, the rooms are nice and clean, the elevator is a little slow nut it's only two floors up. The staff were very nice and helpful, I will definitely recommend this place to others.

This is a very conveniently situated place, literally above the main shopping street in the heart of the old town. The staff were SO friendly and helpful especially with recommendations for restaurants, which were excellent both for traditional Italian food and more international cuisine. It was beyond clean. It literally sparkled. The apartments are well planned and spacious, perfect for...

Located right between Piazza del Erbe and Piazza Bra, this hotel was very clean, with exceptional staff. The rooms were beautiful and well kept. Easy access to all the touristy things. Breakfast delivered each morning and for just 5 euros....it was plenty of food. I would return to this hotel in a second and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Sure, I'll join the chorus singing the praises of the Opera Relais. But what aria can I do that hasn't already been done? How about Personale premuroso? (the staff put out umbrellas on rainy days so you aren't at the mercy of the wandering umbrella hawkers.) Or Angli? (the room service, in addition to all the rest, miraculously wash the...

The Opera Relais de Charme has to be possibly one of THE best located apartment blocks in the whole of Verona. Step out of the door and you are immediately immersed in the hustle and bustle of old Verona - and walking on marble pavement. the main shopping centre is within 10 seconds of the front door - literally -...

The hotel is located on a quiet street while still close to all the tourist sites. We enjoyed the room, and it added to our experience of Verona. It is modern, spacious, includes a kitchenette, and it is exceptionally clean. It is close to great restaurants, and all the sites. We loved the hotel and Verona.
