Used Verona as central location to see Lake Garda and the Dolomites. The city was my favorite of the entire trip and wish I planned a couple additional days to stay longer. The Hotel Bologna was excellent, likely the very best location possible in the city. Staff was excellent at making recommendations for food, what to see and directions. Room...

Great staff and hotel- My partner accidently booked for a month after we was meant to arrive. Luckily for us they had spare rooms which they happily swapped dates for us (even though Hotels.com didn't accommodate. The staff where all very lovely and helpful even down to the cleaning staff. It was my boyfriends birthday and they bought us champagne...

The hotel is in a good location, central to all the high points to visit. The rooms are nicely decorated, quality toiletries and a welcoming gracious staff. The "small" rooms are certainly that, adequate if you are out and about, not lingering in your room. I would stay again but upgrade to a larger room.

Hotel Bologna is extremely well situated at the center of Verona. All activities, wether shopping or cultural are within walking distance!!! The building itself is an old local building with lots of character, but very well renovated. The rooms may be small but tastefully romantic and very clean. The personell is both polite and very competent. The breakfast buffet offers...

This hotel was lovely; location gets 10/10 as does friendliness of staff. Free water in the room replenished everyday and a great breakfast with freshly brewed real coffee. It's a street away from the shopping district and the arena is practically outside the front door, Juliet's house is a 5 min stroll away. Room wasn't huge but sufficient but tastefully...

The hotel Bologna is located in the centre of Verona, with walking distance to everything that is really worth seeing and visiting in the old town. Rooms are small, there is no getting away from that, they are cosy and we'll furnished but they are small after all. Bathrooms are ok. Breakfast is descent, if you like cakes , then...

The hotel is personal and intimate. It is in the heart of Old Verona, right next to the Arena and main shopping street. Some people say the rooms are small and whilst they are not huge, they are adequate with lovely bathrooms. You get a little street noise, but that is more than compensated for by the friendliness of the...

Due to an unsafe encounter in venice for 2 women we turned back and booked a room at Hotel Bologna having seen it earlier in the day. You will not be disappointed. Easy 15 minute walk from station where airport shuttle bus drops you off. The hotel was easy to find being so close to the Arena. We arrived early off the Ryanair flight about 10.45 am but the reception staff were very friendly and English speaking and checked us in. They were happy to store our bags and put them in...

The best thing about this hotel is the location, right on the doorstep of "The Arena" and lots of good restaurants. It has been refurbished nicely but the lack of room is something of a concern. The bed nearly took up the whole room and we were worried about stubbing our toes on the timber bed base all the time. The shower in...
