We stayed for 10 days, in 2 bedroom apartment (family with 3 kids). Overall, it was OK and and we will not return here. Read below our pros and cons. PROS: - Absolutely great pool, kids really loved swimming and playing there. Pool has 2 sections: one for small children (about 60 cm height), another one for swimmers (up to...

We stayed here in June 2016 as a couple in our late 30s with no children for a week. We found our stay peaceful and well located just a few mins walk to beautiful white sand and very clean Maria Pia Beach. There is a large supermarket round the corner a few streets away ie 10 mins walking distance, do...

Pool looks goo, l did not use it, clean, for me the trouble was noyse. I asked the reception to get...

Dear Andrearegis, thank you for your feedback. We’re so sorry that your neighbours bothered you. Unfortunately, all the apartments on the 3rd floor were fully booked. We apologize for that. We hope to host you again in our properties and to leave you a better memory of your stay. Kind regards

Me and my family spent five days in August. The apartments are 10 minute walk from Maria Pia beach, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches I have ever seen. The apartment was clean and spacious, there is a nice balcony facing the swimming pool where we had continental breakfast and enjoyed the nice typical smell of fresh coffee coming...

I ended up here after choosing a holiday trip with undefined accommodation. The location is good regarding the beach and the bus stop. After high season buses run infrequently and unreliably and the last bus from Old Town is scheduled before 21.00 ( 9 PM) Both bus lines AF and AP come close to the hotel, but the tourist information...

The apartments are clean, relatively basic but are adequate for a stay at a beach resort. We had a 6 bed apartment with separate kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms were a reasonable size, towels provided every 3 days, sheets were also changed. Cooking facilities were basic but did the job, pool was clean and the apartments were quiet. Not brand...

The apartments Eucalipti are basic but clean. They are badly designed- a little more thought would have gone a long way: Outside:- - large table on small balcony was therefore unusable + + large drying rack very useful. Bedroom - impossible to position the bed so that you could open the wardrobe & the door! -very hard bed ( OK...

Let's get the negatives out first. It's a bit worn. Nothing critical. Also the rooms are a bit small. Again, nothing critical. Now, the positives: A small functional kitchen with refrigerator. Nice beds and a fine balcony with a view over the very nice pool area. Free sun beds and a childrens pool. The staff is extremely friendly and sympathetic....

Standard not so good, old furnitures, not clean, no soap and schampoo in bathroom, not as nice as on pictures...Advantages: Staff is nice, localisation is good - near to Maria Pia beach. I think you can find much better hotel in this price.

We found this place through an agent over the Internet. Availability of this accomodation on a short notice in late July-early August was one of the deciding factors for our first trip to Sardinia. Eucalipti offers somewhat affordable accomodation right on Via Lido. Apartments aren't big but sufficient enough (we had a 2-bdrm for a family of four), have balconies...
