I'm sure there have to be much better places to stay in Catania. My room was not clean, the bed was old and uncomfortable, the elevator only goes to the 2nd floor which necessitates everyone carrying their suitcase up and down a very narrow staircase at least once. Breakfast was packaged croissants and coffee no Italian would be willing to drink....

We stayed one night in this hotel and found it serviceable and clean but on the small side. The only real criticism was the tiny elevator that had obviously been retrofitted into the old building; it was only large enough for one person and his/her bags. Hence when a small group checked in - we were with a REI hiking...

This was a charming hotel with a lot of stairs, but luckily did have an elevator. Located on a busy street and within easy walking distance of everything. The rooms are all different and hold some interest. I had a room with a spiral staircase leading to the bed and bath; however the rooms are certainly small. The beds were...

The hotel was very centrally located, although we had a few problems negotiating the one way system in Catania on a Saturday night! The helpful staff explained where we could find a free parking space. The hotel is newly renovated, very clean and comfortable, good sized room. The restaurant recommended by the hotel was closed for holidays, but there are...

Hotel in a great spot on via Etna. Nice hotel with large rooms. You can get there by catching the 457 bus from the airport getting of at via Etna and then walking down the hill . The hotel is on the right before the park.

It is on the first floor, hard to notice from the street. But the rooms are renovated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very nice and helpful. There is no parking directly in the hotel, you have to park at the public parking behind hotel. They offer special rates, I beleive it was 10 EUR per...

The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Good rooms with renovated, clean bathrooms. The location is great because is on Via Etnea, in the center of Catania and near all the shops.
