We stayed here for three nights, and got excellent value for money. Staff was most helpful and friendly at any time of the day. The hotel is clean and has an accommodating design. Breakfast was excellent. Only issue is location if you want to explore the city - walking distance to the centre is 30 min (if you manage not...

At Villa Cibele the rooms were really nice, with clean quality bathrooms, ensuite kitchen solution and aircondition. The service was very nice, and the driver drove 4 times to the airport to pick up the five of us. The location was hovewer not perfect for tourists, as it was a bit far to walk downtown. There were also just one...

Once we got inside this hotel we found it was very well decorated and the bedrooms were really nice. But when we arrived outside the hotel the area surrounding it is very run down and we were reluctant to leave our hire car outside when we went to check in. There is a parking area inside a 10 foot iron...

This hotel was nicely decorated and the rooms were well furnished. We had a beautiful terrace and a kitchen area that we were able to use. The downside to this hotel is that it is a 10-15min walk out of Catania in quite a residential area. Walking during the day was ok, however at night it was a little more...

“Try not to be on the first floor near the street. The balconey is easily accessible for would-be thieves and so you keep the windows closed. Then it is claustropobic and dark. The bloody scooters as the neighbours head off to work in the morning, revving for no reason is no good.”
