We have stayed at this Hotel many times as it is located in the centre of Catania, and have received excellent service and good accommodation. However, new management combined with lack of poor accommodation, air conditioning not working left a lot to be desired when we returned there in July, 2015. We had to pay twice for 2 double rooms...

I would suggest booking this hotel when visiting Catania. It is surrounded by shops and the market is just 10 minutes away by walk. The hotel is very clean, breakfast good for the money we paid and the staff friendly and helfull.

We were locked in to this hotel as part of a hiking group with Exodus. The only thing good about this hotel was possibly the location otherwise avoid it. The reception staff, particularly the female were all unfriendly with bad attitudes. The rooms very basic, but thankfully clean sheets. As a couple we were given the smallest of rooms (had...

To get to the hotel You need to enter a backyard and take the smallest lift up. Front desk staff are friendly. The breakfast is mediocre. The room is ok although there is a bit of noise. Bed, bathroom, air con and wifi ok. A wine bar is just outside to the left, but beware the food is poor.

The hotel is well placed in the middle of town and with easy access to the city. Buffet breakfast was adequeate... however, the hotel is in dire need of renovation! The room I had was mouldy to the extreme and my friend's room down the hall was incredibly noisy as it was directly next to the road. In fact, they...

This Hotel is convenient to everything-- the Piazza Duomo, shopping, restaurants and wine bars galore, a park one block away, and the Alibus from the airport drops off in front. We booked a standard room, but when we got there we upgraded (10 euro more per night) to a larger room because ours was very small and we had a...

I was there two weeks ago and I have been going to this hotel twice a year for the last few years and I find that the new management hasn't done anything to improve it accept putting the room rates up. The rooms are clean and good but a lot has to be done. The sinks have no popper ,...

It's a value for money hotel, with nice staff especially there was a young lady receptionist that she's always with a smile on her face and very helpful. Good breakfast and excellent location. Will stay again here for sure :)
