There is nothing to criticize. The location is great, parking a dream (and experience in case you arrive, when the street is closed off), breakfast the opposite of what you expect from Italian breakfast. It feels wonderful to have your own Palazzo and elevator directly in the midst of bustling Palermo.

We stayed here for 3 nights last month and were delighted with our stay. It's very central and only a few minutes walk from where the airport bus drops you off. Giuseppe the owner greeted us when we arrived and explained how to use the security gate and elevator. Our room turned out to be a small suite with a... More

This is a phenomenal place, great location within walking distance of all of Palermo's major sites; rooms are clean, no problem with AC and a firm bed; the breakfast spread hits all the cylinders: protein, great assortment of pastries and bread and lots of sweet fresh fruit. Saving best for last: we arrived very late after the gate to the... More

I hope you are well,. I do not know how to thank you for this wonderful review. I don't know if I really deserve it, but I'm very grateful to you, because these wonderful reviews determine the success of my small hotel, even gratify me very much, because even though it not seems, is very hard work every day for... The combo of Giussepe's welcoming charm and efficiency made for a wonderful stay in Palermo. Palazzo Pantaleo is well-located and provided us with every comfort including a great breakfast. Will be back!

Our room was ready when we arrived at 11:30am off the bus from the airport - very helpful advice from Giussepe on how to arrive, and he also indicated on a map where are the best things to see, as well as the best way to go to Monreale and back (and arranged a driver who came when wanted and... Giuseppe and the Palazzo Pantaleo were the best. A wonderful man and a perfect location. The breakfast was incredible and beautifully presented. We were helped with rides to Monreale and the airport, travelling with Giuseppe's friend Ta Ta, whom we loved as well. An absolute gem of a B&B in every way. You can't go wrong.

Whenever I visit a big city, I look for a place that is quiet, in addition to being clean, comfortable, and centrally located. It is really hard to believe that this place is 1/2 block from a major square because once inside you do not hear any street noise at all. I arrived here by car and also by taking... More

We loved staying at Palazzo Pantaleo! We stayed five nights. We arrived at midnight on a Saturday night and Giuseppe met us at the street where our taxi driver dropped us off. The taxi driver tried to charge us an extra 20 euros but Giuseppe made sure we were charged the right price. We ate breakfast (included in the price)... More

Thank you to Giuseppe for his hard work and years with the beautiful restoration of this lovely B&B in the heart of Palermo. It was easy to get around on foot or by bus. Downstairs is a famous savoury pastry shop that is worth visiting. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast has a delicious continental selection of... More

Stayed at the Palazzo Pantaleo for two nights on my way to and from the Aeolian islands. The location of this charming B&B is ideal for exploring Palermo. The rooms are classic, comfortable and clean. And the host during our stay couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Thank you!
