We stayed 3 nights at Amelie and really enjoyed our stay there. Our room was pleasant with everything we needed and the bathroom was fine. Breakfast was really excellent with everything home made by Angela who owns and runs the B&B and who is extremely charming and helpful. She gave us lots of good advice on where to visit. It's... A suberb B&B in heart of Palermo. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Rooms have air conditioning. Angela (the host) is wonderful, charming and helpful person. She is wonderful baker and makes homemade jams which she serves in breakfast along with fresh fruits, yogurt and cereals. She will make you coffee of your choice. Recommended without hesitation. A good web site and an excellent location in terms of an arrival from the airport. It was easy to find after coming in on the airport bus. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was in Sicilian style around one communal table. Friendly and hospitable atmosphere. Access to 6th floor via lift and gates to street had to be managed but... More

Well placed. Clean. Friendly. And there is an airconditioner in the room. Well worth the price and we'll worth booking. All markets and other sights worth visiting are within a 30min walk or less. The hop on and off bus is also close by. 20 euro for a 24 hour ticket. Great way to see the town. Well done

A superb B&B in the very heart of Palermo. Only a few minutes walk from the airport express bus stop, our arrival was assisted by the clear directions we had received. The B&B is in a quiet, peaceful and secure location on an upper floor of an apartment building that is on a traffic-free pedestrian street, with many excellent restaurants... More

Five minutes walk from a stop of the bus from the airport (you don’t want to drive into Palermo!) and you’re at this B&B (on 6th floor, with lift). It’s just off a charming pedestrian-only street with one of Palermo’s oldest and best cafes – a good place for coffee or a nightcap after a long day exploring Palermo’s old... More

Tricia and I spent 4 nights here before driving round Sicily for 8 days. Due to prior contact made in an effort to transfer an unasked for deposit, we were virtually on first name terms with the proprietor, Angela as soon as we arrived. Our room was quite large and comfortable, and the bathroom was one of the better ones... More

We spent 6 nights at Angela's B&B and I can say that it was exactly what we were hoping for: great location, absolutely spotless, large and comfortable 'Orange room' w/en suite bathroom, delicious breakfasts of home-made cakes & jams. What we did not expect, however, was that meeting and exchanging with Angela would enable us to discover and appreciate Palermo... More
