We stayed at Hotel Columbia for 1 night after arriving late into Palermo. Due to a delayed flight we made it to the hotel around midnight. The receptionist was very friendly and carried one of our cases up to our room on the 3rd floor as there's no lift. Our room was comfortable enough with air conditioning and an en...

This hotel is fine for a place to rest your head - it's no frills and centrally located. Very friendly staff and a nice touch with the Italian cookies in the room. We chose to pay for parking in an off-road car park; we could have parked for free in the street but Palermo is a bit dodgy with VERY...

Great location, clean rooms (not just for palermitan standards), friendly staff, good breakfast, wifi working fine - and all that for a very low price. I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone coming to Palermo!

I have been with my partner for a weekend in this hotel. The breakfast is a bit desorganised and the room was noisy, but pople in the hotel are helpful and it is close to the city center and our room was big.

Really friendly and helpful staff, we received a nice welcome despite our late night arrival. We were shown our room and offered help in a strange place to get something to eat after our journey. The room was'nt massive, but suited our needs. A couple of things on the room though: we could hear the toilet cistern being flushed in...

Hotel is based in town centre, close to the Piazza Pretoria, shops, restaurants. It is a walking distance from train and bus station, around 15-20 minutes. The best thing about the hotel is definitely staff, very nice and helpful! You have a choice of beverages, beers and wines, some crisps and snacks to buy in the hotel, prices are similar...

Small room, bed bad, very loud and noisy water pipes, really poor breakfast but good location in South Palermo close to all main sights. The staff was kind enough to help us carry the suitcase on third floor. Would not stay there again.

You would need to be over six foot tall to touch the clothes rail without standing on a step. I have never had a wardrobe like this before - but it was OK. Plenty of space for storage too. Room was clean. No kettle or fridge, which is important to some people. TV has Italian language channels, so little use...

Stayed in this hotel for a week half term break in October 2015. Located very close to the historical centre of Palermo; the Quatro Canti (Four Corners) and just off one of the main social centres of the city, the Via Maqueda. A little hard to find in the first instance and the route to the hotel, off Via Maqueda,...

Dear Guest we thank you for your review, the beautiful city of Palermo is neglected, who should take care of the cleanliness of the streets, we are the first to report these disservices, but unfortunately it is not within our competence.   We prefer to offer hot drinks expressed at breakfast from the bar, which must be requested at the...
