Beautiful hotel in Palermo, Sicily. Great location, great if you don't have a car. Clean and friendly :) would totally stay there again and I woukd highly recommend it to others. The spa is nice and relaxing.

I chose this hotel because of the spa facilities primarily. However, I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed everything from the excellent breakfast to the comfortable spacious room. If you are looking for a little self indulgence, try the enchanting hot chocolate massage followed by a hot turkish steam bath. Divine!

Great location at Quattro Canti. Beautiful modern conversion of a year 1500 building. Excellent breakfast (eggs, meats, cheese, killer pastries, etc). Booking deal included a basic spa treatment for two.

The Quintocanto hotel is undoubtedly clean, stylish and perfectly placed for accessibility to the city of Palermo. the staff are polite and attentive. The room was very nice but we could not have the doors or windows open due to noise echoing through from the street. The shower area was lovely but sadly nowhere to put any shampoo or shower...

Recommended only if you value sharp branding over good service, attention to detail, and warm staff. Front desk staff: well, lets say they probably value sharp branding. (Restaurant staff were fine). Good location however. Just a few metres from Quattro Canti, the baroque square in the heart of Palermo, which was named after this hotel.

The hotel is located in the middle of the historic area in Palermo. Definitely a great location. We were able to walk to most places, including the train station. Front desk employees were very helpful, pleasant and professional. The breakfast staff was so-so. They raised their voices at us when we didn't hear them but they were probably annoyed that...

Very good hotel located in the hearth of the historical centre with excellent internal finishing and services. The staff is very professional and kind. The parking service is optimal in a location where it is impossible to park. All the most important tourist sites are reachable in a walking distance. We appreciated so much our journey here. Highly recommended.

Great location to explore Palermo. Walking distance from the central station where you can take a shuttle bus and trains to other part of Sicily. You can easily walk to many bars, restaurants and shopping area in New City. Front desk staff were all friendly and very helpful. Various SPA treatments are available for very reasonable price.
