Spectacular stay. Staff gave us fantastic advice on restaurants, routing, touring. Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were spacious. Location was quiet yet walkable to all the major historic sites. Our best stay yet in all of our travels. We felt welcomed and well taken care of by all the staff.

Hotel's Favourite
We spent two nights in the garden apartment at the beginning of our two weeks on Sicily (spacious, comfortable, and private), and two nights at the end of our stay in a superior room with a view (beautiful, and incredibly well soundproofed from the street). Both were great. Every single person on the staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. Andrea was extraordinarily helpful in so many ways, from even before we arrived to an excellent recommendation for our final lunch, and so much more. He also arranged a driver so we could visit Segesta and Selinunte. The very knowledgeable and engaging driver (Antonello) provided so much more than transportation. Siri was also wonderful, from her warm welcome to her recommendation for an excellent ceramics shop. And it was great to always have Nina’s friendly greeting and excellent service at breakfast every day. The staff seem to answer your questions even before you ask them. They always confirmed that their information was up to date (especially important in the off-season). Everything about the stylish Natoli clearly strives to be first class. Excellent location. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Palermo.

We stayed in Palermo for 2 nights. Location was excellent, as it had easy access to the busy street with bars and restaurants, while being just a road apart to shield you from the noise (on the side of the cathedral). In short, it was clean, spacious, and with prompt service. A special shout-out to the super hardworking hotel manager Alicia! Always with a smile, super attentive, and acts on the task at hand immediately. She even managed to greatly impress my wife, who is usually the impatient one, with just how proactive and attentive Alicia is. Highly recommend this hotel to make your Palermo stay an enjoyable one!

This is probably the sweetest boutique hotel I've ever been in. The location is perfect, close to the Cathedral and Royal Palace in one direction and the Quattro Canti and Via Maqueda in the other. When I checked in, Andrea, who clearly loves Palermo, gave me an annotated map of things to see, all within walking distance. (Make sure to go to the Rinascente department store's rooftop bar at sunset!) Andrea and Davide were friendly and helpful, and the entire staff were wonderful. Breakfast was varied and fresh, my room was spotless and charming (with a tiny balcony overlooking the alley) and everything added up to an oasis of calm in an animated, beautiful city. Oh, yes -- make sure you hit Cappadonia, right around the corner, for what may be the best gelato in Palermo.

We adored the staff, hotel, room and location. The breakfast was lovely, much better than most European breakfast. The room was large and exceptionally equipped and bathroom was wonderful. You do not need a car in Palermo. Parking is a nightmare. Location is great but there is noise late at night. Ask for a room facing side street, instead of main drag. The dinner reservations they made were excellent and superb staff. I would book again.

A truly superior hotel with excellence as the goal and also achieved. We slept so well there, very quiet, and were impressed with the level of comfort and service. It's in a good location near palace mosaics and other baroque squares. We would have liked to stay longer!

We just stayed at the Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel for 3 nights. It was in an excellent location, so very close to everything in “centro storico.” You surely don’t need a car as you are able to walk to everything. The old building is beautiful. You can’t but notice the attention in every detail. The entry, reception area, eating area and even the stairway upstairs solicits a certain “charm.” The rooms are quiet, very well decorated, spacious with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was fantastic. There were so many choices; the food and coffee delicious. What really made our stay was everyone who worked there. The entire staff was so very kind and wonderful. They helped us with so much: directions, maps, recommendations on things to do, dinner reservations, transportation and so much more! Again, everything was exceptional. If you go and stay in Palermo, the Palazzo Natoli is a must—absolutely recommend!
