This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring the highlights of Palermo, by Quattro Canti at the crossroads of Via Vittorio Emanele and Via Masqede, which are both pedestrian and full of lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel is just a ten minute walk from the central station, which is ideal for the airport and other towns like Cefelu. Five minutes in either direction are the cathedral and the other main sights and maybe 15 minutes walk from the marina. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful with questions and problems and the selection of drinks, snacks and useful items for sale in reception it a great idea. My room was simple but a decent size with a big bed and a very spacious bathroom and both very clean. Apart from the location the main highlight of the hotel was the rooftop bar and restaurant, I didn't eat dinner here but breakfast had a good selection of items but the outside terrace, among the rooftops and church domes is the perfect place to have breakfast or an evening drink.

Centrally located to see all sights, markets, near the port and all great restaurants. The family room was very nice and spacious. The rooftop terrasse offers stunning views of the city. We stayed only one night at this hotel but highly recommend it. We’ll be back!

Great location, noisy until midnight because of the roof top bar. Nice large rooms, good matrace. I would not repeat the breakfast because there was just one coffee machine all others broken and it took 20min to wait for each coffee.

Before arriving, I called hotel, and they had me meet with parking attendant to park my car. When I checked in, they got me the proper ZTL zone pass. Will be leaving tomorrow. Hopefully everything works out fine with the parking. Gentleman at front desk was Very helpful when checking in

Fantastic location and fantastic views from the rooftop. Comfortable bed and room to a reasonable standard of cleaniness but unfortunately the room I had was in dire need of a face-lift, also at times there was a nasty drains smell lingering. Quite noisy outside but quietened down around midnight but there was also a lot of noise outside around 6.30am. The hotel was reasonably priced so I got what I paid for maybe. Sorry to say I wouldn't stay here again. On a final note staff were friendly and welcoming.

Great location, very close to the central Quattro Canti intersection and a convenient taxi stand. A 15-minute walk from the train station, Teatro Massimo, the cathedral, and the port. We originally planned to stay two nights, but extended our stay to four nights. The hotel is in a vast older building whose interior has been mostly modernized. Our room was small but clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff at the front desk was friendly and generally helpful. We did find that the fastest response to our sole complaint—a sink drain that got stuck in the closed position—came after we gave a negative reply to a survey email from parent company B&B asking if everything was okay. The front desk called us within two hours and the problem was resolved that evening. Definitely sign up for the breakfast served on the rooftop terrace, surrounded by views of church domes and mountains.

The hotel was clean, beds were good and service was very nice. The breakfast was very good and the terrace a wonderful place to begin the day. It is located in the heart of the city, but I did not hear any noise at night. So, very good.

Excellent location at the historical city centre which is very convenient because everything was at a walking distance. The breakfast was amazing: A great variety of delicious goods, were served on the roof garden with great view of the city! I loved it.
