Glad we did not pay full price. Common areas look poorly maintained, spa was not in use and skipped breakfast twice as it was so bland and went to local cafes. Cakes were really cold. Reception fine apart from one young woman who could not even speak to us. I was in a junior suite and had to change rooms...

We stayed here 4 nights, hotel is very corporate guess due to city location. Room was very dark and one of overhead lights was not working- we reported this to reception but nothing was done about it. A lot of black and brown panelling everywhere. Good location for exploring central Palermo with some nice restaurants adjacent to hotel.

Room was very clean & tidy. Enough space for all my belongings. Breakfast is average, not the best quality of dishes...either too salty or two sweet, but for the price offered it is fine in case you prefer continental breakfast instead of Italian croissant and cappuccino. Rooms are only ready for check-in from 14h so make sure you schedule your...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights at the end of our Sicily Tour. The hotel is well located for the old city and the reception area was very nice. The corridor leading to our room was very scruffy with a stained carpet that looked as if it had seen better days. Our room was fine, but a little...

The hotel building is within an old Palazzo, and could be wonderful if it were not for non existent housekeeping and unhelpful management on reception. The room was ok. The bed was comfortable, but the bed linen was too small for the bed. After the first night we left the hotel at about 7.45 am. When we returned to the...

This was our next to last hotel on a 10 day student tour. I was dreading it, having read the reviews. The only thing I can agree with is that there was indeed a stain on the hall carpet (it looked like it had been cleaned with bleach). My hotel room was modern, clean and spacious. My bathroom was clean...

This could be a very nice hotel but it needs work to bring up its rating. Foyer and main floor were very nice. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. After seeing the main floor we thought this was quite nice especially after some recent reviews that we had read. Up to the third floor, stepped off the elevator and...

The hotel is located in the Old Town from where all touristic attractions can be easily reached. Nice interior. Spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Quite abundant breakfast. The only lack is wi-fi access in the room.

We stayed here for a couple of nights while on an excellent tour of Sicily. The hotel entrance is straight off the street in Palermo and the reception and bar is small but welcoming. Our room was in a new modern extension at the rear with a large, quiet comfortable room with all amenities. The breakfast area was awkwardly shaped...

I stayed four nights in the hotel and had to change the room twice. In the first room I didn't get any wifi connection. The staff didn't believe me, I had to proove it by taking a lady to my room and show her my device that there was no wifi in this part of the hotel and I had...
