Very nice and clean hotel. It is outside the centre o Palermo but you have a private parking place and by bus ( number 101, just 10 minutes walking from hotel) you can get the centre. Breakfast is very good with typical sicilian food, people are friendly.
Room are simple and clean and there is a garden outside to enjoy the evening. As i told you before, the hotel is outside the centre near football stadium. Plenty of non touristic restaurants and pizzeria walking distance

I came to Palermo for couple days and my company organized really nice hotel for to stay.

It is located not so far from city centre. There is car parking as well if you came by car.
Hotel complex located almost in the city but the view from rooms is on mountains. As I saw each room has balcony where guests can seat and drink coffee ☕️:)

Breakfasts were perfect 🤩, first of all waiters were always kind and helpful, they were really taking care about guests.
The variety of snacks and sweets was crazy in good way. I wanted to try everything.

I am not sure about other facilities such as spa, but reception team was always helpful so if guests didn’t know something they were ready to assist.

If I will have chance to come again I would be glad to stay in Casena dei Colli.

Good hotel for a night stay, rooms very spacious, good breakfast, lovely bar where to end the evening. The barman was do helpful and well mannered. Not much restaurants in the area if not travelling by car, but we were told about a nice restaurant in walking distance thanks to the receptionist

Be careful. The payment on the Italian web-site BW is not secure and went through without proper authorization. A few days later, someone deducted from my card, also without authorization, an annual subscription for the American First for Women Magazine. The custom support of this magazine does not follow the cashback procedure and refuses to return the money. You will lose money. As for the quality of the hotel itself - not bad, except for the presence of some biting insects in the bed - apparently, this is not in all rooms and you may be lucky.

We recently booked a 4 night stay in the standard family room.

Plus things about the hotel is the kids get their own little room, also the breakfasts were nice with good selection and coffee was nice. Breakfast staff were also friendly and the reception staff called us a taxi when needed so we’re fine. The garden area outside is nice.

Downsides were the bathroom was very dirty particularly the shower with black mould and lots of dirty dust around the skirtings, behind the toilet etc, also brown marks on the wall beside the toilet (eek!). The shower was very small and hardly any water pressure which made washing my hair difficult. I also got some blood on my bedsheet the first night and after it wasn’t changed that day, I had to ask them to change it, which seemed odd as they’d made up the bed so must have seen it.

Our room was also just above the reception area and very noisy with chatter until late at night and again early in the morning. Also sounds of furniture getting moved around late at night which was odd. There was also a party on the Friday night in the adjoining venue, which went on until 1am and was unbelievably noisy.

We enjoyed Palermo and Sicily and would love to return fir a longer stay, but wouldn’t return to this hotel sorry.

Service, cleanliness, the staff all great and very helpful for whatever you need...you do get service with a smile. The garden is relaxing and peaceful, and for a very good pizza place not far from here in walking distance I highly recommend as well Pizzocotto.

Hotel was OK with clean rooms and okay customer service. Parking area was not that big but we managed to find a slot after waiting a moment. Price-level was great since 4 people room cost 88e. Neighborhood is quite busy and full of buildings which was a surprise after seeing the pictures of the hotel yard.

If you like loud music at 2am
If you like rude managers that call you a liar when there is an issue
If you like aircon that does not work
If you like waiting 4 hours while the hotel tries to fix an issue at midnight rather than offer you a new room...

Then stay here. Otherwise avoid. Poor hotel. Do not even think about staying here.

We have toured the world and stayed in numerous types of accommodation. This place is by far the worst. From check in to check out - our treatment from the staff here was disgusting! I’ve seen dogs in a shelter treated better than here. The only people that get nice treatment are the locals! On first glance the hotel looks ok - its the staff and facilities that are the problem. The air conditioning didn’t work in our room - we reported the problem several times. I had the phone put down on me and I was blamed for it not working. Went to reception and were accused of being liars. I am heavily pregnant and they expected me to stay in a room that was nearly exceeding 40degrees without air con. My husband demanded another room after being shouted at in reception in front of other guests! We were given another room and the air con was still terrible. We were still awake at 2am due to loud music being played in and out of the hotel. Went back down to reception to complain - greeted by another bout of unfriendliness and attitude. We should have stayed there 5 days and we checked out the next day. We didn’t get anymore than 3hours sleep. They have refused to refund us any money. If you want treating badly then this is the place for you. I wish I could award no stars. They are absolute con artists! They have ruined our holiday as we are massively out of pocket as we have had to find and fund another hotel ourselves. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
