A 350 metri parcheggio custodito. Trasferimenti per aeroporto, porto e stazione. Babysitter, massaggi rilassanti e noleggio carrozze siciliane su richiesta.

We had a wonderful stay at Il Giardino di Ballaro! As many have noted, the staff is amazing and helped our family of 12 book reservations, tours, and anything else we needed while we were there. The breakfasts were wonderful, the space inviting, and the rooms were private and well appointed. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Palermo!

We took the wise decision to book a taxi from the airport into Palermo, rather than hiring a car. I feel we would still (as I write this in December) be trying to find this wonderful little accommodation gem!. Situated perfectly for visiting any of Palermo's many attractions, Il Giardini di Ballero is a welcoming oasis of calm in the midst of a bustling city. Great service by Airora and her colleagues who dealt with our questions and provide perfect recommendations for places to visit and restuarants to dine, as well as booking taxis/restaurants.. Our room was at the top of the house and though small was beautifully furnished and comfortable with access to the roof-top area, Excellent breakfasting lounge at the rear of the hotel and an excellent choice of quality food.

We were on an extended vacation and stayed in a total of 26 different hotels. Daniela was the most attentive, helpful, and approachable hotel manager that we encountered on our whole trip. She was amazing. When we checked in, she gave us a map of the area and suggested things we could see that were in walking distance. She recommended restaurants and got reservations for us. She called taxis for us. She answered all of our questions with patience and kindness. She made our time in Palermo very special. If we ever return to Palermo, we will definitely stay in Il Giardino di Ballaro again!

The host, breakfast servers, cleaners were all superb (great). The accommodations were fantastic (great). Four of us were traveling together and we rented 2 rooms for 3 nights. Both rooms had 2 bathrooms which made getting ready much easier. Rooms had AC, which was needed since temperatures hit into the 80s F in mid October. Breakfast was excellent and they made American coffee for us. Everything was clean. Small safe in room and small refrigerator were very useful. Only suggestion is to bring a bar of soap. Soap dispenser on the sink was not practical to take into and out of the shower. Rooms included a TV, but we never turned it on. The accommodations rate a 5, but the parking, area and walk to the main area of Palermo drop my overall rating to a 4. The parking is outside a block away and finding a parking spot can be difficult. The street of the B&B is narrow, mostly no sidewalk and you have to be cognizant of vehicles. Probably a 10 minute walk to the main restaurants and shops in Palermo. We were very pleased with the accommodations and hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay at this little B&B. The staff here make all the difference! They go above and beyond with a warm welcome and are extremely helpful. Thank you so much. The location is quite central. Single travellers may find the small alleys back to the hotel a little daunting at night .. don’t let it put you off, but it’s good to know if that could be an issue for you.

This small but stylish hotel in a side street right in the centre of Palermo provided a wonderful base for our three days in the city. Great breakfasts to start the day, attentive and knowledgeable staff to assist with directions and make restaurant recommendations and bookings all combined to make our stay special. The hotel was beautifully furnished in the communal areas and our bedroom was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Very quiet too, in spite of being within a few minutes walk of many of the city's main attractions. A very enjoyable visit and we would certainly stay again if back in Palermo.

This B & B was exceptional & I agree the outstanding feature was the warm welcome on arrival by Aurorawhich was to last the whole of our stay! Our rooms were very comfortable, air conditioned with even 2 bathrooms! The building itself is filled with great artworks, pottery & sculptures… more like staying in an art gallery than a b & b..… stand out art work in the breakfast room was a large 4 panelled painting on wood with gold leaf! Aurora was so kind to book a lovely restaurant for dinner on our first night in an open piazza lit with fairy lights …then offered to walk us out to dinner till we got our bearings! This consideration is much appreciated when you first arrive in a new city! We met both Aurora & her Mother Annalise & it is a family owned & run b & b that was originally stables, then a bakery! Such history! Thankyou for our wonderful stay.. we will be back!!

Without a doubt the best thing about this hotel is Aurore on reception who was so welcoming & helpful. Located right on the divide between edgy trendy Ballaro Market and a rougher poorer area. Easy walk to Palermo central station (but maybe not at night?) Many great places to eat & drink nearby, in fact almost all tourist sights easily walkable. Hotel was characterful & cosy although we needed earplugs for street facing room (standard for Italy) Breakfast was good.

Il Giardini di Ballard is a real oasis of calm behind thick old walls. The hotel was very stylish and comfortable and the public areas were very welcoming. The decor manages old and new with real flair and our room was perfect. Daniela was delightful to deal with and extremely helpful. Don’t be put off by the surrounding area, everything is very chilled and clean inside and the location is very central to so many wonderful parts of Palermo.
