this is a good hotel for touring Palermo, which has some rough areas. However, this hotel is located in a good neighborhood, near very fine restaurants. The sights of Palermo are a considerable walk, or a quick cab ride away. The staff is very helpful in making reservations and giving directions and information. The hotel is definitely no frills, but...

First time in Sicily and booked this hotel based on recommendations below. It was pleasantly surprised that the hotel is just 3-5 mins walk from the main street with grocery store, bars and bus stop to old town/ central station. We feel safe in the neighbourhood. We were recommended to to a no. of nearby Italian restaurants (ard 7 -...

The hotel and service is good. Given that we are in Palermo, it's already an achievement. The lobby and restaurants are very very elegant and comfortable. The Breakfast is worth the stay

boring hotel, unable to have curtains drawn or window open, breakfast was pedestrian and slow mini bar and parking are not free!! We would recommend staying in the old town instead.

First of all I have only seen this hotel in the 'low' season, so I can only judge from that viewpoint. The room was big and clean, the soft drinks in the minibar were free and you could leave your car in the garage for free (useful in central Palermo). The 'entertainment' side (bar, restaurant) wasn't exactly 4 star, but...

Surprisingly quiet place in chaotic Palermo. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Only weak point is the permanent closure of the restaurant, but except from that very good place to stay for a reasonable price.

The Hotel is very attractively decorated, quiet and appealing, staff are most helpful and the location is good. We thought that it was overpriced, and amenities in the room were a little under the mark for a 4 star Hotel e.g. the bathroom had no shower - just a bath with a hose.

In general this is a great hotel. My only criticism is that the bathroom was small and a bit cramped but that is normal for a European hotel. Also our room faced the alley behind the hotel and it got very noisy on weekday mornings at around 7 AM due to construction going on. The location is great, in the...

Extremely well run small hotel. Terrific service. Great breakfasts. The rooms are modern, very clean and well appointed. The hotel lobby is lovely and public lounges are lovely. We were staying for several days, so we treated ourselves to a junior suite which was huge. The area feels quite safe and is not noisy. There are a number of excellent...

My husband and I stayed here on our first night in Sicily and on our last night. The room was very nice (same room both times) and they had a bottle of Prosecco waiting on ice for us when we arrived! It was a great way to kick off our honeymoon! The room was a good size with a nice...
