Stayed here for three nights in early May 2017. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the Politeama airport bus stop. We were at the hotel within 50 minutes of landing. We had a standard double room. Whilst the room was small, it had everything that was required, and was comfortable enough. It was on the 3rd floor overlooking...

Returning for second visit and we were delighted with our room. 19th century artwork and furniture adorn the rooms and hotel. Two balconies with views of Piazza Florio. Cozy sofas, seating areas on each floor. Exceptional WIFI throughout the hotel. Central location for historic sites, Politeama Theatre, walking distance to waterfront and shopping district. Giuseppe, Reception welcomed us once again...

Guiseppe, Daniel and Gioraldo are always pleasant, speak very good English and have excellent local knowledge with helps with planning sight seeing BUT the hotel is noisy, some rooms overlook at Piazza where one of the other properties runs discos that start at 11pm and go on till after 2.30am. Other rooms overlook a busy street - always traffic. The...

Hotel is good looking and clean. Tiny elevator, we had a room on 3rd floor with a balcony facing the square. There as a gas odor from the heater outside and at night there is a bar with loud music until 1 am in front of the square. Breakfast is good and you can walk to all major sites and...

I would recommend this Hotel especially because the service and the people were absolutely nice and helpful. There is anything you would need for a vacation and the location is very convenient too. Breakfast delicious with local speciality! Enjoy!

The location was good, near to the Massimo Theater and Politeama area, which has lots of designer stores and also is a stop on the airport shuttle bus. The bus from the airport to Politeama took around 30 minutes and then was an easy 5 minute walk. The room was really grand; I really enjoyed the high ceilings and opulent...

We arrived to a very sullen welcome. The room was awful. The room was exceptionally small and the toilet was tiny, the linen so washed out it was grey and thin and the noise from the bar across the square deafening till two in the morning. We complained and were moved the following day to a room which was bigger...

I was in Palermo with a friend on holiday for a week end of February, we shared a spacious double bedroom with a lovely little terrace which had the view on the main hotel terrace and square. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was beautiful offering a buffet with plenty of local pastries, breads, fruits, cured...

room was comfortable and had all the amenities you could need, great location really near to all the main places, bit noisy but lovely view over a square with palm trees. parking terrible but if you get there at a sensible time they can take it to their own car park for 14 euros and bring it back for you...

The basic rooms are very small and basic. The aircon does not work very well. The bathroom is tiny and basic. The location is fine, close to a square where the airport shuttle bus is. Other than that there is not much to speak of as very good.
