For my first stay in Sicily, i have discover this little gem place in the center of the old town.. walking distance from all Incredible places and hiden in a small street super quiet. Sergio and his girls are amazingly sweet helpful kind and great advisors for the city and the island discovery. The speak perfect english and sure, you will love the place as much as i did.

Shout out to Cristina, who has been helpful the whole time of our stay in Palermo. Thank you very much!

I have no photos to share, but I tell you their photos are accurate. Bedroom and Bathroom are roomy. Breakfast selection is good. Communication is accurate and helpful.

Location is near the main station and site of interests. Location is walking distance to everything and safe.

I have no complains re this hotel. :D

Nice room, really nice staff. However I choose this location as it was described as quiet. It is not, there is ALOT of shouting arguing coming from the property opposite. This really hindered my sleep and my time spent here. The front door also didn’t lock which made me feel quiet unsafe. The shower is super cool though. I’d recommend it for someone who doesn’t mind a very loud and run down area for a niceish room and good price.

i have stayed here 2 nights in may.
arrival and check-in nice, everything ok...
room was fine ( no power outlet next to the bed ), bathroom was very nice with double shower
everything is still new.
only drawback : since it is located in a very narrow alley, you are very close to the VERY loud neighbours on the other side (untill 11 PM ...)which makes sleeping with the window open euhmm...a challenge
breakfast was ok (italian breakfast with cakes etc..but host wanted to provide cheese and other)
so, untill the last morning, everything was fine and it was good value for its money.
upon check in and again the next day, I told the host that I would leave at 7am , (breakfast starts at 7.30am) . No problem , he told me he would prepare the breakfast table with a few things, so I could have my breakfast at 6.30.
In the morning there was nothing....I couldn't even make a cup of coffee
It was a very uncomfortable ending of an otherwise ok stay

A bit hard to find initially and taxi just dropped me at the end of the street as even he wasn't sure where it was. Initial impression was that it is in a pretty run down area but turned out to be only a block away from main sites, the Sunday flea market and an easy walk to the centre of town or the waterfront. Room was a good size and tastefully decorated. Cleaned & serviced daily. The usual Italian cakes for breakfast but these ones are made fresh by the owners mum. My room had a weird lock issue but they were very patient with me even when I made a call out for help at 10pm. The styling is very middle eastern in the outdoor areas and there is good security entrance. The Sunday flea market around the corner was good fun for browsing, but don't take the hotel's recommendation for the restaurant Palazzo Trabucco. Stick with street food options or follow the locals down to Pollo alla Brace on the waterfront.

The bb is located in the very center of Palermo, with great position for sightseeing the center. We were walking the whole time with no need to take the car. The host is amazing, very helpful and friendly is the perfect guide for Palermo given his extensive knowledge of art and architecture. Rooms are nice and big.. U will be surrounded in the real heart of Palermo close to the markets of vucchiria and ballarò. Highly recommended!

Travellers beware! Never had a chance to stay in this B&B as they have cancelled my reservation less than a day before arrival. I travel a lot around the world and this is the first time such a thing happens to me.. I have booked via booking.com a non-refundable room and contacted privately the stucture to book a room for our friends with a refundable policy. Afterwards, our friends couldn't and I contacted Khalisah again to cancel their reservation, underlining that my reservation remains without changes. I got the reply of the structure and confirmation that our room is still available. Imagine my surprise when less than a day before arrival I got the mail from the owner saying they have cancelled my reservation by mistake. To their honour, they have excused and didn't charge us anything and proposed an alternative b&b in the same area, but it didn't offer parking facilities (and it was crucial for us in the choice of the hotel as we were coming with a car) and was a bit lower of level (judging by the photo of course). After some considerations and some more personal negative factors we have decided that this trip started badly and it would be better not to come at all.
We do all make mistakes sometimes, but when you treat someone else's holidays you have less right for such mistakes. The message 'we have no place for you' is the last thing a traveller would like to see before the journey. Lucky we are from Sicily and it wasn't such a big trouble to cancel our trip, but it could become a real problem for someone coming from far.
The guest experience consists of many little details (that count!) and starts even before the trip. With this treatment Khalisah have lost me as their guest forever as I will never minimally consider this place again the next time I plan a break out in Palermo.

We stay 6 days at this hotel and it was nice. Mr Sergio and Kristina were very nice and advice us where to go in Palermo. The hotel is in the old center in an old building but the interior has cool design. It is near many historical places a well as the central station. There was free WiFi in the bedrooms. The breakfast was good and the room was clean.

Great B&B located in the old city of Palermo.
The bedrooms are not very big but it's due to the location of the B&B in the historical center.
The decoration very modern was made by the owner of the B&B who is an architect. In our bedroom there was a chromotherapy shower, you can shower with Violet lights, very original ;)
Good continental breakfast
Free Wi-Fi in the bedrooms
