Let us start off by saying that the owner, Raffaella Saba, is a one-of-a-kind gem. She is sweet and hospitable. She also takes a lot of pride in her business. When we had our first breakfast, it was a sight to behold. It was laid out beautifully on a table in the middle of a dining room/library. She made homemade...

This B&B is scrupulously clean and conveniently located within walking distance of most of Palermo's major sights. The room I stayed in had a large private bathroom and a separate dressing room. The neighborhood was quiet at night. What truly sets this B&B apart, however, is the hostess, Rafaella, who is warm, knowledgeable, speaks good English, and sets a lovely...

We had originally booked to stay at Dimora Del Capo, but a day before were told that we were staying here (presumably due to a double booking.) Initially wary of the switch, it couldn't have worked out better! After a disastrous flight (3 hour delay) and horrendous taxi journey (driver trying to rip us off) we arrived at the b&b...

This was our second stay at Piccola Sicilia. As before, we were made to feel very welcome. Two particular strengths of the B&B are its location - just 10 minutes on foot from Teatro Massimo, yet our room was very quiet - and the gorgeous breakfasts, which included delicious homemade yogurt, home baking and freshly baked bread. Eggs and cereal...

Rafaella welcomed us into her lovely home, which is only 10 minutes walk from the airport bus stop and a similar distance into the historical centre. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast was generous and varied. Rafaella was helpful with local knowledge and her English was very much better than our Italian. We would definitely recommend this B&B and...

We had reserved this B&B due to the good reviews and were looking forward to staying there. When we arrived however, the owner told us that she had accidentally overbooked and that we now needed to stay at her sisters in laws place (Mediterraneo B&B) which was one floor below for the first night of 2. The room we got...

A beautiful B&B I hope we return to. Raffaella picked us up at the airport having to organise two cars - one for us and one for our luggage. The B&B is located in an excellent location in walking distance of great restaurants, shops, markets, train station and tourist attractions. Raffaella was a warm, kind and friendly host with such...

We arrived at the B&B late from the Genoa ferry, and Raffaella was there to help us with parking and with settling in. The B&B is centrally located, the room is spacious and nicely decorated and it feels like home. Raffaella prepared us a lovely breakfast and gave us helpful suggestions for not only what to see in Palermo but...

An excellent cozy B&B with a lovely very welcoming and friendly hostess Raffaella, who made us fresh breakfast every day - usually some baked goods, home made yoghurt and absolutely delicious coffee.
