The rooms are big and nice if you choose the double bedroom, there should be some renovations made not long ago so the facilities are fairly new in this B&B, it is a nice contrast to the typical roman building with high ceiling and grand marbled floor.

The bed is big and comfortable, and the bathroom is new and modern with sensor for taps. Our host Leitizia is AWESOME. She is so nice to us and very accomodating. She has even made a birthday cake for my friend during breakfast!

Not to mention the location of the B&B is EXCELLENT, it's only

3 mins walk from Lidl Supermarket
5 mins walk from Vucciria
10 mins walk from Train Station
15 mins from Massimo Teatro and Capo Market

2 nice coffee places and some cute boutiques on the right side street once you walk out the building

Kebab place and a modern restaurant opposite the street

Party area all over the piazzas around our place I love Via Roma for what it is.

There is nothing I would complain about this place for it being an B&B.

Wonderful restaurant, with terrific service, staff were extremely helpful in choosing appetizer and entree and wine. The restaurants house wine was bottled specifically for them (red and white). The meals were fabulous resulting in our returning numerous times during our stay in Rome

This B&B is a gem in the Palermo. Excellent location, charming building and genuine hospitality from the owners. Rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfasts are homemade. Our view from the road facing balcony was full of character, with the vibrant street below and flanked by beautiful views of far off mountains. Hope to stay here for all our annual Sicilian holidays.

We made a reservation for a room with a kingsize bed but when we arrived we sat down in a very small room with a single bed and a single sofa bed. The room was super small and the beds were unable to move or join. Claudia said she will call another B&B to check if there is available room with a double bed where we can stay. We asked how it will be with the payment and she suddenly said that they cooperate with the other B&B and that it often happens like this and it was not a problem. The hotel she offered was old and very dirty. What is more, when we asked her before arrival if she received the payment and if we have a double bed she only answered with ‘yes’ and after arrival when we asked her why she answered like this as there is no double bed, she explained she only confirmed the payment, not the bed.
We disagreed and stayed in the same room. In the evening we used the bathroom and saw that there was no cold water, but only hot. The shower was with a sensor and had to stand too close, which was very uncomfortable and also washing with hot water was even more painful. Sleeping on the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and caused pain in my back.
Another problem was the loud noise that could be heard when water is used in the bathroom. In the morning we told Claudia about our problems. She told us that she knew about the problem with the hot water but there is nothing she can do. She was extremely rude and began to speak very loudly and accused us of constantly making problems and ruining her business.
She also said that we did not make the reservation correctly and that we are the one who are guilty of the room with two separate beds. Claudia was constantly saying she does not want us to leave a bad rating in Booking and she did not care about our problems at all. We said we are not going to leave a bad rating and she promised to bring our money back for the next 2 nights. Early in the morning I started looking for another B&B and we I came back I said we are leaving and Claudia said she was not going to bring us the money back as she is not able to sell the room now. Nevertheless we left the B&B. She said to Booking that she is not going to bring us any money back. Finally, we ended up with a messed up reservation, in a terrible place, mislead by Claudia and Booking and without any refund.

The property is spectacular and is in an amazing location. The building is beautiful and full of character. Our room was huge and had a balcony with a fantastic view. Most importantly Claudia (sorry if i have spelt wrong) and her family are so friendly and make you feel so welcome. The breakfast was so tasty and traditional Sicilian with home made cakes by her mum (Bellisimo :) We cannot recommend this place and Palermo enough. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed 5 night in this delightful place. Homemade sweets with cappuccino greeted us each morning. Claudia, who spoke English, was very helpful with directions to various places to visit while in Palermo. Her parents, who did not speak English, used a smartphone translator app to help communicate. They were wonderfully accommodating. The place was very clean and neat. I would come back to stay again!

I couldn't say enough things to recommend this small B&B in Palermo: great location, clean & up to date accommodations, GREAT breakfast, friendly & efficient service - and Claudia was a super hostess. No doubt about it, I will definitely want to stay there on another visit. I hated to leave!! Molte Grazie Claudia!!

We spent 3 nights here at the start of our holiday. Claudia & her parents were so helpful, It would have helped if we had had some Italian! However, we all managed to understand each other. The room was so comfortable & well decorated . The bathroom has been so tastefully done & lovely fluffy white towels. A treat! Breakfast was continental of course with lovely warm apple pastries among others. The owners were very eager to ensure a good stay.
Only downside- nothing that the owners could do about this but Via Roma is a busy street & there is a lot of traffic noise late at night. Advise ear plugs. We had a free night at the end of our stay & hadn't pre-booked a room but before we left 1*4*7* we booked for our last night. Highly recommend this accommodation.

This is a very new B&B in the centre of Palermo. For the money, its worth every cent. The room was large and spacious with a nice balcony, the bathroom was large as well and the place was spotlessly clean. Claudia and her parents were lovely and although my Italian isn't any good which made communication with her parents a bit tricky, Claudia spoke excellent English and I can't say enough how much of a sweetie she was with my and my wife.

This place deserves to do really well. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for six days over the New Year period. Run by a family, everyone is very nice and kind. Very clean rooms and location practically in the center of Palermo, a strategic point for visiting the city and possibly also traveling by public transport. Definitely recommended!

Buongiorno, si, assolutamente gestibile nelle immediate vicinanze. Ci sono "parcheggiatori" che garantiscono anche dal punto di vista della sicurezza.
