Stayed in Suite 136 for 1 week in September, had a really wonderful stay our room was exactly as the pictures showed. Very comfortable room, bed comfy with good choice of pillows. The bathroom was lovely, the shower was huge with great water pressure. the breakfast room was located on the 6th floor, it is quite small, but generally quiet it you go up late, there is a good choice of sweet treats, cheeses cold meats and some breads. If I return to Palermo I will definitely stay here gain the location was superb! everything was within waking distance

I liked the location but be aware that is hard to find. Modern, clean, and well kept. Everything worked properly. Breakfast average. Service average. Was difficult to move around because the room and the bathroom are very small but well equipped.

A very friendly welcome to a comfortable room with a good sitting area. Breakfast was very good with excellent coffee. The owner and staff are very helpful - including sorting out parking in the basement garage. It's worth making contact with planned time of arrival if you're using the pre-booked parking so the car can be moved straight away into the basement garage (same building, different entrance, very secure)

Good location , comfortable bed , good sized room but unfortunately the room smelt of sewage coming from the bathroom . We complained and a diffuser was placed in the bathroom . This of course did not make any difference , the smell was sickening .
Would only recommend if something was done about the sewage

The one and only positive about this hotel, and I mean one and only, is that it is clean.
The hotel is extremely hard to find. There is one small sign down an alleyway, and the hotel itself is just seven rooms on the 5th and 6th floors of a block. You gain access either via a long steep staircase or the smallest lift that I have ever seen.
Incidentally, I never saw a single fire extinguisher, or any maps of escape routes as you would normally get on the back of room doors.
We stayed 5 nights; we booked a “Standard Double” room. It was minute. If you look at the hotel’s website, all the room photographs are obviously taken with an ultra-wide angle lens. Our room was so small that you could only just walk round the end of the bed. The hotel’s answer to this was, “well climb over the bed” then they told me that I was too fat. I couldn’t count the number of times my shoulder banged into the wall mounted television. It would have been small as a single room, but with a double bed in it, you could hardly move without banging into something. Also, the paint was peeling off the window frames.
There was very little, if any sound insulation. You got a lot of street noise during the evening, night and early morning. There was the noise of running water and television from adjoining rooms, almost as if you were in the room with them.
I cannot quite grasp how various reviewers have eulogised over the breakfast. Yes, it was included in the price, but you are obviously still paying for it. If you didn’t want to eat cake for breakfast, there was often virtually nothing. There was a small selection of fruit juices, which on most days were watered down. Yes, the coffee was quite good, but you got one small cup made by the waitress, and then she would disappear never to be seen again, so you only usually, got one cup. It was not a self-service machine.
Now we come to the “best bit” ! We had booked a car parking space, a rather expensive 18€ a night. In fact, it was in a particularly dingy cellar of the building, that was so small that it was extremely difficult to manoeuvre around and on the 1st night it took us a full 2 hours to find the entrance. This was because of particularly awful directions from the hotel’s receptionist. The entrance is in fact half way up a pedestrian only street, but she didn’t bother to tell us that. Anyway, on checking out we started discussing this and the hotel manager walked out of his office and instructed us to stop, because he didn’t want other customers to know. I carried on, and he ran around the desk put his face, literally 4 inches from mine and screamed at the top of his voice at me. I have never, ever seen anything like it. At that point we paid the local tax owing and just left.

The roof collapsed at 3am in our honey moon in Sicily, so we were left on the street. We wanted to leave immediately, but were refused a refund.

Better to avoid this place.

Pictures look superb, but the place is rundown.

Smell of mould everywhere. Cheap building materials. The roof even collapsed on the bed during the night in the room next to us. Water in the corridors.

Breakfast food is all cheap prepackaged food.

Dishonest owner.

You have been warned.

We have stayed for a week in B&B Suite 136 in Palermo. It has been a very nice stay. The room is very nice: a good bed, airco if you want, nice bathroom and a kitchen with minibar. You can make your own coffee if you want. The personal is very kindly. They are always very friendly and help you with everything. They give you a good advice, there is a pickup service from and to the airport if you want. The B&B is located very central. You can easily walk to the old center as well to the newer part of Palermo. If we will visit Palermo in the future, we will go back to this B&B.

We were 8 ladies who stayed here late in April, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and kind and amazing, special thanks to Francisca who helped us a lot with bookings and arrangements, also in the hotel with preparations . We were celebrating a birthday and all we needed she helped to be fixed.
We had 4 rooms on the floor which made the connections between rooms/us very easy. The location is very close to the heart of Palermo with a lot of restaurants and cafe.
I highly recommend this place.
